Direct ocean front condo 2 bed/2.5 bath townhouse with an assigned parking spot. Enjoy the views from the balcony offering a great place to enjoy your coffee in the morning, and watch the sunrise and the sound of the waves.
The condo is walking distance to local restaurants and the St.Augustine Beach Pier. This is the closest condo on St. Augustine Beach to the downtown historic district. NO SMOKING NO PETS.
