Everything about this property was perfect! The unit itself is very nice and well appointed. The location is perfect as you have an array of dining choices and the beach just steps from the door. We will be utilizing this property again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! You can't beat the location - right next to the beach, next door to Island Donuts and Bagels and other great restaurants, and not too far from a Publix. The property was clean overall and was wonderful for our small family of three. This would have been a 5 star review, but there are just a few things that could have been improved:-The guest contact did not reply to our emails, but responded right away to a text message. We would recommend skipping email and just sending a text message for the door code.-It was great to have laundry in the condo, but be warned that the washing machine is extremely loud. The dryer looks like the lint has not been cleaned out in a very, very long time and it seems like a fire hazard. -Upon check-in, a few things were out of place. The towels used to clean the condo were still in the laundry and none of the bathrooms had toilet paper (we had to dig to find some). There was also only one laundry detergent pod - not sure if that was an amenity offered, or if it was expected for us to bring our own. Overall, we would highly recommend booking this place!

Property was as described, plentiful in things needed. We only stayed 2 nights but it was convenient to the places we wanted to visit. Heated pool was nice, great beach view from the balcony. Cute ice cream shop in walking distance. Donut shop next door was great. Only issue was master bath shower didn't get past warm and didnt have great pressure.

Loved the location and condo. The fragrance was a bit much but thankfully contained to the one bedroom. We didn’t get to use the pool because of the cold front that came through, but it was a good size and clean. Lots to do around the are. Communication was good with property management or owner. One thing that was a miss is the one bathroom had a sopping wet bath mat and 1/2 the towels in the closet were damp, none hanging on the bathrooms.

This condo was perfect for our family! The set up of bedrooms up top and living area downstairs was perfect. The location can't be beat right on the beach and the kids really enjoyed the pool. There were great food options within walking distance nearby for food and we enjoyed them all (Island Donuts, Antonios Pizza, Ritas Ice Cream, and Crabbys). This was the perfect spot for our family beach getaway. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Fabulous city to explore and learn the history plus beautiful clean and wide empty beaches to relax and so walkable. Trolley tour, airboat ride on Sea Serpent and the San Marco fort and St. Augustine distillery were all fantastic. An amazing city with friendly people and great restaurants and beautiful boats and waterfront!!

Renovated unit in an older complex in a great location! Well-supplied kitchen, LOTS of towels, cushy balcony chairs with view of the pool and ocean. Comfy beds, and they even thought of dehumidifiers!Also very easy to communicate with the Evolve staff!

The condo was nice and clean, and we appreciated the beach accessories such as chairs and boogie boards to use. The only issue we had was that there was no hot water in the shower off the primary bedroom. But it did not negatively impact our stay. The condo is in the perfect location!
