The Cape is a bright and pristine home just 1.5 blocks from the beach. Nestled in a quiet beachside neighborhood with many restaurants, activities and shopping nearby. Enjoy walking to the pier or take a 10 minute drive to the port where you can grab lunch and watch the cruise ships sail by. Our home is ideal for couples and families with up to 4 kids. The Coconut is an 800 sq ft home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the secondary bedroom has a twin and queen bed. The coastal inspired bathroom includes a shower/bathtub. We also have a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living space and a private backyard oasis that will be perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evenings around the fire pit.
Enjoy all of the additional amenities including washer and dryer on site, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, and toys.There is a large concrete driveway leading up to the garage with parking for three vehicles or an RV.
Just a 10 minute drive to the Port, a 3 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride to many shops and restaurants.
The kitchen is well stocked with a drip coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, flatware, utensils, magic bullet and 6 qt crock pot. The washer and dryer is located in the garage. We provide ground coffee, tea, dishwashing pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, spice rack, olive oil, salt and pepper, aluminum foil and plastic wrap, cleaning supplies, beach wagon, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella and beach cruisers. There is a borrow basket in the kitchen cabinet full of miscellaneous items you may need during your stay, feel free to leave anything in the basket for new guests! We provide child protectors on all of the electrical outlets, black out curtains and plastic plates and cups for kids.
There is a gas grill on site, propane is INCLUDED.

-If using outdoor cushions and amenities we require you to cover furniture with the covers provided each night and clean out the grill and fire pit after each use. The guest will be responsible for replacement of any items damaged during their stay due to negligence.
**This home is part of a duplex. We please ask that you are courteous to your neighbors and lower the noise after 9pm.
***Important Note: We keep the thermostat locked at 74 degrees. This is to prevent the AC unit from freezing over and causing a disruption in your trip. This is an 800sq ft home with ceiling fans in each room. 74 degrees is a nice cool and comfortable setting for this home but if you prefer staying in a home at a much lower temperature this may not be the best fit for you.
Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire right side of the home including the laundry area and garage for laundry & equipment storage.
Parking is never allowed in the garage. The garage is reserved for beach supplies and equipment only.
Other things to note:
Maximum 4 adults per booking. Or 2 adults, 4 small kids in total.
Due to occupancy limits, ALL guests must be included in your booking’s guest count. Air mattresses / additional guests are not permitted.
No parties. Must be age 24+ to rent. No pets allowed.
