Welcome to Little "Mow" Beach Time!

This brand new construction house in Garden City is MINUTES from the beach! The backyard pool deck was extended after construction to add more space for lounging and enjoying time outside together by the pool, as well as a pool bar with Blackstone flat top grill!

This beautiful, brand new raised beach house has plenty of space to roam but also enjoy vacation time together. A sprawling 8-person dining table and 3 top eat-in kitchen counter allow everyone to have meals in the same space, perfect for making amazing memories! Enjoy the privacy of each bedroom having its own attached bathroom, as well as a convenient half-bath on the main level. The top floor is home to the master bedroom with an attached spa bathroom, walk-in closet, and a private balcony overlooking the Garden City Inlet. Also upstairs, you'll find a queen suite overlooking the pool deck, and two bunk suites - one with 2 twin beds, and one with a twin and a full. On the main level, you'll find another queen suite that also overlooks the pool deck, the half-bath, as well as the kitchen, dining, and living area. The main level also has a front balcony with INlet views too!

On the main level, you're treated to an EXTENDED and customized pool deck, with brightly colored lounge seating and dining, and a custom-built pool bar with a Blackstone flat-top grill! You'll also have access to an outdoor shower, as well as motion-activated lights to allow for fun night swims!

The added bonuses for this house: a 3-level elevator so everyone can enjoy the WHOLE house, as well as SMART TV's IN EVERY ROOM and high-speed internet boosters throughout!

Wonderful vacation house.

This property is very nice for a enjoyable vacation getaway for relaxation, it has a great pool area and its not too far from other great places and restaurants.

This house is absolutely gorgeous. It is beautifully decorated and was very clean. The pool was a lot of fun! The elevator worked perfectly. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of excellent restaurants within a few minutes of driving.

Beach time

The house is beautifully decorated and the owners have everything we might need. The pool was nice along with the Blackstone and Tiki Hut. I can see us booking the house again.

Absolutely amazing

This house is absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, the house immaculate and so beautiful!! Our family really enjoyed our stay! Pictures online are great but it's even better in person! The gist was wonderful as well! I highly recommend this property! I will be staying here in the future for sure! If you book you won't be disappointed!
