With 4 bedrooms and room for everyone, it’s the perfect setup for beach weeks, friend getaways, or multi‑family trips.

The place is great! Clean also! I only found one down side the upstairs shower was small. The pool area was fantastic! We didn’t spend hardly any time in the house except to sleep Next time we will plan for 2 weeks!!

We had a small wedding reception here, and the atmosphere was perfect! The backyard alone is worth the price tag, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away.The house was spotless and had everything we needed, including toiletries. The kitchen was functional, and the garage was stocked with fun yard games and beach toys and equipment.And upon entering the host even left us a congrats card and a nice wedding gift.I highly recommend this property!

This house and backyard was exactly as advertised. We had an awesome time swimming in the heated pool and so many special added touches that made it feel like home. Every part of the house was so clean and the kitchen had every utensil , pan, appliance you could possibly need.We had a fantastic experience. The beach was a short walk , but we were able to pack the car with umbrellas and chairs( available at the house). The beach is not crowded and beautiful. Our family hopes to return next year. The hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating and reached out to make sure that all was going smoothly. It was great!

This is our second time staying at this beautiful property. Its close to the beach, beautifully decorated, very clean, the pool area is just fabulous. This property was perfect for our family vacation! The backyard was a dream since much of our trip included intermittent periods of rain and red flags at the beach each day. My two boys were still able to get their swimming in thanks to the pool. Having a fenced in backyard was a huge perk also since we brought our pup along- it was a relief knowing she could walk around without a leash while we were enjoying the backyard. We enjoyed watching tv outside as well. There are so many seating options outside!The property included so many additional things that were much appreciated- we specifically utilized some of the pool toys and the beach chairs/beach cart. There was much more for those interested in biking or kayaking. Having extra beach and pool towels provided was a huge perk as well since packing those for a road trip takes up a lot of extra space.The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and cookware you could possibly need (even a few snacks on the table when we arrived!), and it was so nice having some personal care items available in the bathrooms and laundry washing tabs. The location is great- it’s walking distance to the beach, and just a few minutes (driving distance) from restaurants/a grocery store. The neighborhood was very quiet which was exactly what we wanted. The ice cream truck coming through was a highlight for my 10 year old boys!Communication from the owners is top notch! We can’t wait to return! Thanks for everything!

We are an adventurous middle-aged family who welcomes you, your friends, family and pets to make memories at the beach.

Why they chose this property

The main reason we love Navarre Beach is that it is gorgeous and totally peaceful as if few have found it yet. Visit any other beach like this and you will see crowds of people and finding a seashell is nearly impossible. At Navarre Beach you walk down most anywhere and start walking west and quickly fill up a shell bag with seashells and other rare treasures. The sunrises and sunsets are absolutely stunning.

What makes this property unique

There are no properties here with a Private backyard except for ours. We built this backyard with a large sand berm around the outside with the primary goal of limiting the visibility into the backyard as much as possible, as well as protecting it from wind and salt spray yet still feel the ocean breeze and hearing the waves crashing. It truly is a private oasis with beautiful landscaping that provides a natural habitat to butterflies and birds.
