Modern Loft Style 2 Story Home located in a Private Lush Garden Oasis in the heart of Tucson and Bike Path to U of A. So many private outdoor areas to enjoy-from lounging on the turf to soaking in the jetted private hot tub to sitting at the cozy fireplace, to Barbecuing on the Grill! Indoors you'll find all the conveniences of home, with a private breakfast bar overlooking the kitchen AND an additional dining area that seats 4 as well. Great Room features leather sofa and cozy swivel chairs with 65" TV and small desk and chair. Private Laundry Room as well.
Up the modern spiral stair case you will find 2 private bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub and shower as well as separate dual vanities. King Bedroom has a 55" TV.
Both bedrooms offer a seated desk area as well and plenty of windows for natural light.

This was our first time to Tucson and this home was perfect for us. It was close to shopping and entertainment venues, which was what we were seeking. We did not use the spa or patio areas, but it looked nice. The living area and bedroom was comfortable. The home would be perfect for a couple or small family. We felt safe in the area and would return to this location in the future! We came during a heat wave and the AC was set to 80 when we arrived, but it lowered to our desired temperature within a few hours.

I can't say enough nice things about this property. It's like the hosts stayed here in advance to ensure that every necessary comfort was stocked, down to eating and cooking utensils and spices to Kleenex in each room and rugs right where they should be. Seating was extremely comfortable, beds were also incredibly comfortable, everything was immaculately cleaned, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Excellent design to all aspects of this unique and comfortable property!

Place was just as described and we enjoyed the proximity to great restaurants like Redbird. Kitchen and laundry were great as we used both along with the spa and outdoor shower. Thanks!

Great place ! Comfortable, clean, highly responsive host, and a convenient location. Great place for two people to work from home. There were desks in different locations that had lights, electricity and good Wi-Fi to make it a productive trip. Back patio is also a pleasant place to relax. Highly recommend this location.

One word... perfect. The attention to detail with the kitchen supplies, the logs for the fire pit, the hot tub cleaned and prepared, exceptional. Beds clean and extremely.xomfortable. I could go on forever. Privacy was outstanding as well. Thank you, we will be back.

Very comfortable and clean with all amenities. Hot tub was perfect for cooler mornings. Centrally located to just about everything. Property had outdoor camera’s and motion light which was a nice safety feature. The spiral stairs to the bedrooms and bathroom might be a little tricky for small children and people with mobility issues. The garden area was relaxing.

We loved the VRBO! It was so clean, very nicely decorated, great kitchen, nice beds. The spiral staircase was cool. We just loved it! And the hot tub and outside shower were amazing!

Very cool place. Well designed and decorated. Well appointed , especially in the kitchen where they actually provide spices etc for cooking which is always a bit of a pet peeve for us when not. Bedrooms are up a tight circular staircase to the 2nd floor so this might be tough for seniors or other that might find that a challenge so beware. For everyone else it's fine. Also, the bathroom is upstairs with the sink area in an open common area between the two bedrooms which might be a little funky for some. The shower and toilet are behind a door. Otherwise it's a great bathroom. Very nice location, especially if you are there for anything at the University. All parking (dedicated spot or two for the unit) is off the alley behind the house and there is a coded gate to the fenced off private yard which is fantastic.

The property is beautifully curated and spacious for a family of 4 plus some day guests. Check in was seamless and Dan was quick to respond to my questions. Adorable Loft

The garden loft was so cute and such a perfect size and location for a quick, relaxing getaway. Fully equipped kitchen, great showers, a hot tub I took full advantage of, and a cozy living space. The first time you get to the property it’s very easy to miss the alley that leads up to parking, and if you’re using your phone’s GPS to navigate back I recommend dropping a location pin so it won’t take you to the front. The outdoor garden area is private and perfect for enjoying the sunshine and fresh air. Would love to stay again sometime!

From check in to check out everything was top notch. Everything was as posted in the pictures. Beautiful garden area was enclosed and secure which was useful for having our dog out with us while hot tubbing, enjoying a coffee, or just hanging out watching the hummingbirds come in to the feeder. We also could safely store our bikes there, and bike access to the loop and the campus was easy and safe. The neighborhood was lovely to walk around and there was easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, and gas. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen nicely furnished, and the grill was useful for our Thanksgiving dinner. Having a dog park close by was an added bonus. I also enjoyed the outdoor shower.The only minor inconvenience is having one bathroom and it is on the upper level. In short, we have been coming to Tucson for the past three years, and for location, price, amenities, layout, and owner contact this has been the best. Highly recommend it and we will definitely stay there again in the future.

Great location! Very clean, great amenities. However felt there were way too many rules, especially about having guests. None of the rules were post up front. And not sent until after we paid. For us that sucked because we were there from Nebraska to see our son who is in the Air Force and stationed in Tucson at DM and we had not seen him for 3yrs. We were there to help him pack to move to a new base. Wanted to have friends and family over to spend time with our son use the grill the super cute outdoor area and hot tub, but had to get “permission”? So opted to not have to get the “permission” and just eat out. Which lessened our time with him and our friends and family. However did really like the secure entrance!!! But felt very uncomfortable that there was a camera pointed directly at the hot tub, felt kind of creepy so chose not to use it. All that being said, I would definitely recommend!

A very charming and well appointed home.The parking space is tight so a large suv may not fit there.The code for doors are long so don’t leave your phone in the house, you may not remember it.Other than those small critiques, we had a lovely time there.
