ALOHA!

Welcome to Kihei, Maui and your oceanfront paradise! Our incredibly beautiful condo is near the center of the building and only steps away from the water. Watch whales, savor the sunset and enjoy the sound of the waves from the large lanai, the living room or even the privacy of the master bedroom.

Barbecue on the rooftop garden with a 360-degree view including Molokini, Kaho'olawe, West Maui and Haleakala. You are only steps away from both sandy beaches and snorkeling.

Just walk across the street to shop, enjoy a variety of foods in various price ranges, rent dvd's, book activities and more. This central and sunny location is great for exploring the rest of the island.

We have completely remodeled and continually update/improve so you will find new furniture and appliances throughout. Counter tops are granite, the two showers are walk-in with elegant glass and smooth pebble floors. The master suite has a California king bed, the second bedroom can be set up as two twin beds or a king. The entire, non-smoking unit is tiled and decorated in island-style.

The property is absolutely beautiful and you will truly feel like you are in paradise!

We are a very blessed and growing family of now fourteen-dad, mom and three kids plus a son-in-law, daughter-in-law, four grandsons and a three granddaughters! There is no place we would rather vacation. It is our home-away-from-home and we are happy to share it with you!

Amazing View!

This condo was our home away from home. Very well appointed and with all the high-quality fans, we never missed not having AC. The view is the best in Kihei - we saw whales, dolphins and turtles - all from the lanai!

Great Location

The Royal Mauian 311 is a very comfortable, clean room. It was more than adequate for 3 people and it is arranged so that both bathrooms can be private. Christine was very responsive and accommodating. The rooftop barbecue area has amazing views. We would definitely book this unit again.

Amazing Waterfront Home away from home

Best condo complex in Kihei. 311 has every amenitiy you could ask for and then some. Christine was so pleasant and easy to work with. Watched whales, turtles and dolphins right from the lanai. We will recommend the unit to others and will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect. Anything you could possibly need for a day at the beach was included with the property. Standing on the lanai we saw sea turtles, dolphins and whales breaching. 2 perfect beaches are a leisurely 2 minute walk. Awesome snorkeling is stone's throw away. The whole area is really amazing. If we didn't want to enjoy some of the other adventures on the island we would have been totally fine without a rental car for the week; groceries, shopping, restaurants, beach rentals...all within a 5 minute walk across the road. We have traveled a bunch in the continental US, caribbean, Europe, and this is our favorite family vacation we've ever had. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Maui has a little something for everyone!

View, decor, amenities, and convenience makes this our favorite location.

From beginning to end this was the perfect stay. We never felt something was missing and the conveniences were fantastic. Every day we went snorkeling right outside the complex and always saw turtles and other wonderful sea life. We chose not to rent a car and easily walked to places to eat or buy food for our condo. For major shopping trips we will use Uber or Lyft but didn't do that this trip. We would walk each morning either along the shore in the water, along the streets to coffee, or just for a nice morning stroll. All our stress simply melted away. Christine, the owner, was very responsive to any of our questions and was very clear in her instructions. She has provided everything we need to easily live here which added greatly to our comfort. We highly recommend this condo.

Fantastic Condo with Amazing Location

My husband and I so enjoyed our stay at Christine’s condo. Not only is it decorated perfectly she has everything you would ever need. She was very responsive when we did communicate with her and we appreciated that. The best part was how close it was to the ocean and the fact we saw whales and turtles almost every day and it allowed me to walk on the beach each morning without having to walk or drive anywhere. If we come back to Maui we would certainly consider staying here again.

It was fine

The condo itself is very clean has everything that you need and the view is unbelievable and not to mention the location is great. However there is no air conditioning and the beds are extremely uncomfortable in that second bedroom was so hot could barely sleep in there and my son even thought he got bug bites from that back room bed. It’s also quite loud if you have the windows open you can hear people talking down on the grass which with no air-conditioning you have to sleep with the windows open therefore you’re woken up by people in the morning. That being said I really don’t think this is a very family friendly place to stay my Young adult children did have an argument out on the lanai, it was loud it was taken care of pretty quickly however other residents alerted our condo owners to it who then called a few days later to tell us how unacceptable it was and the police should’ve been called. Which I then assured the owners it was a verbal argument that was loud and we took care of it. after the phone call the rest of my trip was quite honestly ruined I’ve never been scolded like a child from another adult. Unfortunately kids get in arguments when you least expect it. So that was extremely unfortunate so again I don’t think it’s the best place for families.

Stunning views

This property is amazing. When you sit on the couch inside you feel like you are on top of the ocean. We feel asleep to the sound of the waves every night. The location is very central and we are so close to everything. The activities in the home were awesome also. We snorkeled, boogie boarded and sat on the beach in the beach chairs. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much. Our family will be back.

Perfect Beach location

This condo is located ocean-front on some of the most beautiful swimming beaches in Maui. We elected to prepare all of our meals at home because of covid and this was very easy to do because the kitchen was so well supplied. There are also many beach activity items available for use: beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, kids toys, etc. The unit is exactly as described. My communication with the owner always had rapid turn around and she was very helpful with all of my questions. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and hope to be back in the future.

Stay here when you come to Maui!

We had the most amazing vacation staying at Christine’s condo! We have two little kids (5 and 2) and her condo is perfectly set up for a family with kids. We had beach toys for kids and adults, plenty of room to spread out, an extremely well appointed and stocked kitchen, and a beautiful lanai on which to eat our meals and watch the glorious sunsets. We were greeted by turtles outside our window every morning and the complex is so quiet we all slept beautifully. Christine was very accommodating, kind, and helpful. We would absolutely recommend anyone, families, couples, anyone, stay here when you come to Maui.

Everything you need!

This is a delightful property with everything you need for a fun beach vacation right at your fingertips. Everything was very smooth and delightful! We made use of the beach most mornings, the pool most afternoons, and the rooftop grill most nights for dinner. Family meals on the lanai by the ocean talking about the day’s adventures can’t be beat!

Truly Paradise

My family had an amazing stay at Christine's condo in Kihei. The condo was exactly as listed on VRBO. The kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and we were provided with beach towels and boogie boards for the kids. This condo is the perfect place to stay if you have kids. No need to pack the kids and the car to get to the beach. Just step outside and you have 2 of the best beaches in Kihei just steps from the condo! We were playing in the ocean every morning by 9am! Thank you Christine for the great accommodations. The kids are already planning our stay for next year.

Sunset paradise

Once we saw the pictures for this property, we wanted to stay here. We were not disappointed! The pictures were exactly what we signed up for and our stay was incredible! The condo was just the right size for two adults and two teenagers. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and enjoyed all of the ocean sunsets. Great access to many shops and beaches. Short drive from airport.

Another Amazing Stay

We love this condo. It is well stocked, and even better than the pictures. The views from the condo are amazing. You even see turtles daily. It is in a great location, beach access is very easy, and many food options just across the street. We can't say enough good things about this condo. It was the relaxing vacation we needed!!!

Amazing stay!!

We just spent two wonderful weeks and enjoyed every second. This unit is just as advertised and is fully stocked for a family of 4 to enjoy from the minute you step in from the kitchen to all the beach. The owner and manager were easy to communicate and the unit was spotless. The ocean breeze kept us cool in the evenings and the sounds of the waves crashing put us to sleep. Thanks again Christine, we can't wait to return.

Great view and beach access!

The location of this condo is its best feature. The unimpeded view of the ocean and very easy access to Kam I beach will bring us back without hesitation. The condo is small but well laid out so to maximize the space. The lanai area has a proper table for four and we were not cramped for meals out there. The kitchen has a full size fridge, a very quiet Bosch dishwasher, and good quality knives and flatware. The beds are comfortable, with the master bedroom enjoying the breeze and sounds of the ocean. Parking is easy. My only recommendations would be blackout curtains in the master and more lighting in the bathrooms — minor things compared to the benefits of this condo.

Best vacation ever!

We had such a great time! The location really makes this place perfect! Beaches on either side and snorkeling right out front, restaurants and stores right across the street! And the unit was great! The view was indescribable! Sunsets every evening! The owners, Christine and Ron, were always available when we had any questions and were very friendly! We are deffiently comming back!

Kihei perfection

What can I say, just a perfect place to hang out. All the descriptions were accurate (maybe even understated!) the view is awesome, the location relative to other things to do is awesome, the complex is great and right out your door to the beach below is some of the best snorkeling in Maui - I stopped counting sea turtles at like 50. Loved the place, would 100% definitely go back.

We live south of Seattle and love the Pacific Northwest. We are both retired and love spending time with our grandkids! We usually get to Maui two or three times a year to both enjoy our home-away-from-home and to update /improve it. It is a blessing to be there with family and/or friends, but pretty nice to be there just the two of us too!
