Scenically tucked into a leafy grove of trees, this Blairsville home makes a wonderful, relaxing base for your North Georgia excursions. Angler, hiker, or boating enthusiast, return each day to a beautiful yard, a sun porch with a Ping-Pong table, and a firepit where you can gather for s'mores and stories.

This single-story home sits just south of the Appalachian Highway, about nine miles west of downtown Blairsville. It's an incredibly convenient location for swimming and boating on Nottely Lake (five miles), visiting Tank Town USA (nine miles), or fishing for largemouth bass, white bass, and walleye on Lake Blue Ridge (12 miles). The charming town of Blue Ridge is only 16 miles west as well.

The outdoor space is something special here, with Youngcane Creek running alongside the property. Watch your kids play tag for hours in the expansive yard, sear the day's fresh catch on the gas grill, and stargaze around the firepit as the sun sinks low behind the trees.

Enter by way of the sun porch, a lovely space for morning coffee, afternoon card games, and evening Ping-Pong tournaments. Inside, the living space is open and breezy, bringing together a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room table that's perfect for board games, and a sitting area with a large TV. Each bedroom has its own TV and full bathroom as well. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and complimentary WiFi.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
