This lakefront, open-concept, two-bedroom cabin has a newly-renovated, fully-equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher. In addition, there is a large deck with great lake views and an outdoor gas grill. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds with televisions. Clean towels, all bed linens, and comforters are provided. Enjoy the lake view with water access right on the property.

This location offers something for every season. In the summer, enjoy swimming in the lake at the private beach nearby, hang out on the spacious back deck overlooking the lake while cooking lunch or dinner on the outdoor gas grill provided, or take the canoe or kayak out onto the lake. In the Fall, enjoy spectacular views of the colorful foliage that is the hallmark of NH during this time of year. Then, during the Winter, enjoy the wonderland of snow-laden boughs. You can walk out onto the frozen lake, go snowshoeing, ice-fishing, or bring your snowmobiles to zip across the lake and check out the local trails. And in Spring, see the local flora and fauna reawaken. The Spring melt from the mountains cause the local waterfalls to swell. Take a trip up to the Flume Gorge or go hiking in Crawford Notch. Also, this is maple-sugaring season in NH, and you can get a look at local sugarhouses and maple syrup production.

The cabin is air-conditioned in the Summer, with individual units in each bedroom and a central unit in the main living area. During the Winter, enjoy the coziness and ambiance of a fire in the woodstove (wood provided), or just turn up the thermostat on the furnace. In the evenings, enjoy a campfire in the firepit overlooking the lake or relax inside with the big screen TV with streaming services available in the comfy living room. Indulge in serene, quiet nights and relaxing days. Also, enjoy local shopping on Antique Alley, or savor a great steak or seafood dinner from nearby Johnson's Restaurant (and don't miss their generous servings of homemade ice cream!) We came to celebrate our anniversary and spend time with family that live nearby. This was the perfect spot location wise. It is exactly as described, a rustic cabin on a quiet street. We had no issues at all with anything in the cabin. We enjoyed the stay and are sad to leave but look forward to returning.

Cozy, clean and only feet from the dock. Very peaceful neighborhood. Definitely take advantage of the canoe and kayak and have lunch on the island. Perfect spot for a family or even just a romantic getaway.

A wonderful little spot on a fairly secluded lake! We loved our mornings on the porch with coffee, kayaking on the pond and just enjoying the quiet with our pup. Our host was extremely nice and responsive and everything we needed was provided. Will definitely be back

We had a great stay. Loved our cozy fires in the evenings while listening to the Loons on the lake. It was well appointed with things we might have needed and very clean. Loved the many antique shops just down the road, and the Market and hardware stores just down and around the corner.

The cabin is located with a good view of the lake and down some steps to the boat dock. The deck is very enjoyable. The cabin was extremely clean and the kitchen well equipped. Furniture is comfortable. It was rather hot while we were there and the AC worked well and kept it plenty cool. Very quiet and restful.

The woodstove was a big hit, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, and the cabin was nice and warm! We had a lovely time just reading, playing games, and visiting the local antique stores. A great place to unwind, reset, and get away from phones and emails!

Beautiful visit!

We absolutely loved our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, the water access on the property is lovely, the wood stove is incredibly cozy, and we loved the easy access to Concord and Manchester.

This is a really great property with access to a large pond (small lake?) from the backyard. A canoe,kayak provided and private dock. The neighborhood is basically in the woods with tons of tree cover which kept things cool during a July heatwave. Surprisingly very few bugs though. We didn't even use the can of insect repellent the host provided. It was very relaxing sitting in the 2 Adirondack chairs in the backyard reading our books. You really can't go swimming from the dock. Too many plants in the water there. But 4 houses down the road is a nice neighborhood swimming area. The cabin itself was nice. A/C in every room. The kitchen had pretty much everything you could want. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was pretty tiny, but the shower was fine. We did have quite a bit of a problem with the TV in the living room. We would have to constantly reboot it. I guess because the cabin is in kind of a secluded area. Also the chair in the living room wasn't very comfortable. About 2 miles from the cabin is a brewery that also serves pizza. The same business also has an attached building that is a full-service restaurant. Across the street is a diner. We would definitely stay at this property again.
