This is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting, it has everything you need to host a large group (plates, sheets, etc.) and the labeling in the kitchen is such a nice touch. Cannot say enough nice things about his home and the hosts.
We stayed there for a night as we wanted to visit around. Property was clean. We checked in late but Randy was cooperative and responsive to our messages. We were very happy with the property and the hosts
The kitchen was well equipped, and it was very pet friendly, especially with the open space behind the home. It was fun hiking up on the trails. The parking for our two SUVs was pretty tight, but manageable. Overall, the home is beautiful and a perfect size to host a family get together. It was very warm, open and comfortable for our family. The only thing missing was the snow.
This was a perfect place to stay if you have a pet. It was conveniently located along the Vail corridor. The neighborhood is quiet and people are very friendly. There are wildlife viewing opportunities from the back deck.
Overall this property worked great for our large group with kids to get together for a few days after a family wedding before going out separate ways. Plenty of space and the multiple bathrooms off of the bedrooms was a definite plus. We picked Minturn due to family being in the area. Not many options for larger groups in this area but an awesome little town. House is up from the Main Street area. Although clean, we had paid for early checkin and some things were left undone (wet bathroom mats that had been cleaned but now dried in the floors, wet towels in one washer and a load of towels in the dryer). Also parking was unclear. We had three vehicles total and two had to be parked behind the house accessed by a bumpy road that would access the trailhead. The other car was in the garage in front. Houses in this area are tight together which is not uncommon for the town. Communication was good and checkout was easy.
