It is a big private house (2nd floor). The decor is very sweet, simple and spacious! Lots of natural lights! Neighborhood is very safe, calm and quiet. The room is located on the 2nd floor.
Niagara Falls is just within 2 miles walking distance from the house. Lots of restaurants, tourist attractions located around the area!.This stylish and unique place sets the stage for a memorable trip.

We are senior citizen. we enjoy to meet with people, we have two family house. We live in the same building first floor. ( guest entrance from the door separately). we are two person ( me and my husband), we are gentle and educated person.

Worst stay!

Worst stay ever left 10 mins into stay and only received 2/3 of my money back place was disgusting and doors had just door knob locks that barley latched into door frame never will use Vrbo! Again!!!

Great place!

Its a 2 story home, the owners live on the ground level and the top story is were you stay. It has 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen and 1 bathroom. They greeted us when we arrived and was very hospitable! We didnt see them again until we left, of course we wasnt there much during the day, but they let us know that if we needed anything at all to just call or text them! The locals mentioned that is was a bad part of town but we didnt have any issues at all. Everyone was very friendly! There was no t.v. or a/c but again, we dont need anything but a place to sleep and shower when we are on vacation. We are from Florida so having the windows open with the fans on was perfect for us and our stay was during the 4th of July 2023. You do have to go up and down stairs so not a good idea if you have a wheelchair. Besides that is was perfect for us. Close to Niagara Falls but not really close enough to walk and a walmart less than 10 mins away! They do have Reddy bike available for rent just a block over.
