Built in 1928 and nestled in the heart of downtown Rehoboth Beach, the whole house accommodates up to 26 people. It is everything you need and nothing you don't. Perfect for piling the entire family or group in and once you park, you can walk, bike or trolley anywhere. New Queen sized beds and open front porch. Perfect for family reunions, church groups, clubs, golfers and other organizations. And we reiterate you can walk everywhere: to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, shops and attractions. Open year round.

LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED Guests must bring their own linens and beach towels or Rent from local vendors. We suggest 227 Rent 302.227.7368... Beach chairs are provided. Read amenities for more.

PEAK SEASON SUMMER RENTALS Early June-up to labor day Labor Day are Saturday to Saturday only. Check IN 2pm/Check OUT 10am

We fell in love with this house at first sight! It said "this is where you wanna relax at the beach." We are beach lovers at heart and from big families who pile into a house once a year to live together for a week. This house is set up just for that!
