Very comfortable and excellent location

We had an excellent time staying here between rounds of golf. It is spacious and located in a great spot. Everything is super clean and convenient. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful Home and Stunning Views

This is a gorgeous home, well kept and clean with stunning views from multiple rooms. Lots of room for large groups with ample kitchen/pantry space to cook gourmet meals and entertain. Two car garage for parking with another spot outside in front of garage. Plenty of parking on street which is rare for beach front properties. Highly recommend and hope to return again.

Beautiful views!!!

Lovely property with wonderful ocean views throughout most of the house! Two of the mini split AC units stopped working for a day, probably because of record heat in the city. Management resolved it the next morning. This caused a couple bedrooms to be hot for an evening. Everything else was wonderful and better than what I expected.

My college friends and I had a great weekend. We gather yearly and usually rent a VRBO someplace fun, and Oceanside was a perfect place to stay.A couple things to note, and please know that we would never post this on a public forum like Yelp. We just think as a VRBO rental owner, you should know.When we arrived, the windows were filthy. We found the long pole window cleaner and did the best we could to clean the windows on the main level so we could enjoy the view. If you think your housekeepers are cleaning the windows, they aren’t. When we looked at the places south of us, it was evident that their cleaning service included window cleaning.All of the downstairs bedrooms have a serious musty/mold smell, including the second primary bedroom.You have an ant problem in the kitchen. A regular pest service is needed. Based on the occupancy, the property needs more umbrellas - both patio and beach. The pool table has holes in the pockets. Maybe just take the photo of the pool table off of the listing photos since it is not usable.You likely know that the carpet on the stairs is in very bad condition.But in the end, we had a great time at the beach, and we really just wanted you, as a rental property owner, to have this feedback.Thank you, Gina Menicucci

We loved the house, being right on the ocean was exactly what we were hoping to see. The construction next-door was really not a problem, I think because mostly we had rainy days and they were not able to work. They did start at 7 AM on the days that they were able to. Not a big deal though.. we had plenty of room for the seven of us and seemed everything was stocked well. The toaster would probably need to be replaced as it would not pop the bread out. You had to dig it out with a utensil or turn the toaster upside down.

Big house, four levels in all and two spacious decks. One up top and one steps from the beach-both completely unobstructed views. AMAZING! Garage space for two cars and there was a handy remote once you check in.There is a huge kitchen with a large custom fridge and a professional range. We only did light snacks as we mostly ate out. There are four bedrooms, two master suites. We chose the one downstairs as it has the best view. The bed was a bit soft for us, but still quite nice. Hot water took a while to arrive to the shower, just be a little patient.Property management was quick with a text on arrival and asked about our stay. We alerted them that a few of the external keypads were not working properly and I am sure they will fix them right away. They were very responsive about questions and very familiar with the unit.Make sure you grab some fire bundles for the evenings (Home Depot/Wal-Mart) as there is a small fire pit on the lower deck. Lower deck also has access to lowest floor which has a pool table, bathroom, and kitchenette. The umbrella on the desk could use a little maintenance as the salty air has made it difficult to turn but just move the chairs.Oceanside is a neat little town. Please check out the Market downtown Thursday evenings-there must have been a 100 food and craft booths on our visit late January 2025. Lots of really interesting choices. One morning we walked to Rose Cafe (less than 10 minutes) and had a really interesting breakfast-check it out. And there are some really amazing food choices next door in Carlsbad-less than 10 minutes away by car. Campfire was amazing as was 264 Fresco, and you must go to Wildland for Breakfast or coffee and pastries.We are already thinking about when we can get back down here-when our kids have some time off. Pro-tip-think hard about your airports if flying down. We have

The living space was large to accommodate a nice group for cooking and dining. The hot tub was key! We also loved the location for rolling up to orange county and down to the other cool cities along the coast on the way to san diego. We also walked to dinner and breakfast a couple of times when we wanted to be local. Grill works on first attempt which is a plus. We had a fire in the fire pit and left some extra wood. All around perfect. Zero complaints.

It immediately felt like home when we walked through the doors. We did notice that the hot tub had algae in it. I reached out to the management company and they immediately sent someone to the home to put in chemicals in the hot tub. Within 2 days, the hot tub was clear again.
