Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation home located on a private beach and with stunning views overlooking Delaware Bay. Our secluded location ensures plenty of peace and privacy, making for a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Our vacation home is a quick 15-minute drive to the DE Turf complex, making it an ideal location for sports enthusiasts looking for a convenient place to stay during their events. For those looking for shopping and dining experiences, Milford is only a 15-minute drive away.

For outdoor enthusiasts, our location offers great opportunities for fishing and crabbing. Our guests can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the privacy and comfort of their own vacation home.

With comfortable and spacious sleeping options, our vacation home can accommodate up to 7 guests. Guests can also enjoy a range of amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and satellite internet.

Overall, our vacation home provides a great opportunity to create lasting memories in a beautiful and relaxing setting.

Note: there are audio/video surveillance cameras in place outdoors and there is a flight of steps to the entrance. There are 13 steps up to the house, with handrails for support.
This home is located on a beach and backs to a marsh. There are flies and mosquitos and other marsh bugs. We suggest you bring fly spray.

If you're bringing a dog, there is a pet fee. Please add the dog at time of reservation. 2 dogs will be double the pet fee. Two-dog maximum limit.
If there is excessive pet hair shedding, or cleanup, you will be charged an additional $90 cleaning fee! Housekeeping decides if it is excessive.

Perfect secluded getaway for my lady and I in celebration of 10 years together and a long breast cancer journey this past year. A great way to reconnect and recover, I think I persuaded her to trade in her stilettos for the flip flop lifestyle. This place has amazing views, wildlife critters and privacy surrounded by beautiful marshlands. A great place to relax and clear your mind.

Our stay at this beautiful beach front house was wonderful. We got to experience breathtaking sunrises, sunsets and beautiful walks on the beach combing for shells and rocks. Our children loved the horseshoe crabs on the beach and the great opportunity to fish. Our host was great, very informative and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at this location for future customers. The only downfalls to this property was the flies and mosquitoes, which was noted in the listing. Thank you for a fantastic mini vacation

The PERFECT beach getaway! Just what we needed to close out our summer. Beautiful views, refreshing beachy home decor, and loved being just steps from the beach. This was our first time visiting Milford and we will definitely return to this special spot!

We had a wonderful stay! The house itself was absolutely amazing and the location couldn't have been better for a quick getaway.A huge thank you to Cassie, who was extremely helpful and so easy to work with from start to finish. She made the whole process seamless.The only downside was the weather—it got very windy and cold on our last day—but what else do you expect in April? Even with the chill, we had a fantastic time. We are definitely going to be back! Thank you so, so much!

Great Relaxing Stay

We had a great relaxing 3 night stay on Big Stone Beach. The house had everything we needed and more. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Clean and updated. Would definitely stay there again.
