Sit back and relax in our charming, coastal-themed oasis. And when you’re ready for adventure, take a short drive to the beach, swim with manatees, go fishing, catch scallops, and more! Perfect for business, small families, or groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway, this vacation home has a private back patio with seating for four as well as a front porch with seating for two. PLUS onsite Boat Parking.

Hammocks, fire-pit, and BBQ grill are located in the courtyard and shared between our four vacation homes.

If you do have pets you'd like to bring please inquire on our pet-friendly unit (we have 2 total). We also provide a fenced in dog park for our guests with pups.

In our pet-friendly unit, the pet fee is $80/night and will be sent as a request after booking. Max 2 pets. If the proper amount is not billed during booking, we will send a request for any additional amount owed.

*Pets are only permitted in "pet friendly homes" with prior approval and a nightly pet fee. Pets are not allowed on furniture, bedding, and must never be left alone inside the home unless they are crated. Please clean up all pet refuse. In the event that the housekeeper must clean this, you will be billed at a rate of $50 per hour, with a one-hour minimum, which will be charged to the credit card provided.

Senior Grad Trip

We chose this property as the destination for our senior grad trip due to its close proximity to the springs and the ability to book it at 18 years old. Michelle was so sweet and super communicative whenever I had any questions, this property is in a super convenient location, less than 10 minutes from the springs. We were able to have 5 of us stay in the home comfortably and all of our needs were well catered to in their supplied kitchen, laundry area, and bathroom. I’d be overjoyed to stay at any of their properties again!

Boat parking, very comfortable

Great porximity to restaurants and the boat ramp, parling for large pontoon and truck, comfortable and clean, very responsive host. Very nice stay overall. It wasn't immediately evident from the listing that this is a duplex, but it was still quiet and spacious.

Cute Little Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property! It had enough space for our family, two adults and one baby. We weren't worried about cleanliness with a baby crawling and climbing on furniture. My only suggestion would be to add a couple more towels (there were only 2 so luckily we had one for the baby!) and a mat in front of the tub, the floor got very wet with showers/bath.

Girls Teip

I have stayed at many places, but I am not usually responsible for booking them. It was great to hear my friends say how cute the place was the moment we walked in the door. They had the normal amenities, but a lot of small thoughtful touches which really made the stay so much better. They had extra hooks in the bathroom to hold the towels, a toothbrush holder with extra toothbrushes and toothpaste in case you forgot yours. USB and charging ports on both side of the beds were so helpful. Command strips in convenient places to hang things. We didn’t use the following items, but it was cool to see they had them: cooler, beach towels, beach umbrella, pack and play and high chair for young children. They had a nice little coffee bar, and even had a few snacks for us when we arrived. It was the little things they did which made this place so perfect. We were impressed, and will definitely visit again if we come back to this area.
