Fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for meal prep including both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. Dining areas seats 5 and also provides that spectacular view! Luxurious King bedroom (again with a breathtaking view) open to the covered veranda which also opens off the living room.

The description of the place and what it was actually like were the same! Everything about it was wonderful: it was clean, the bed and couch were very comfortable, the AC worked great, and the view was awesome! We had a couple of questions along the way, but Kelly, the property manager was ON TOP OF THEM AND TOOK EXCELLENT CARE OF THEM! We plan on coming back soon!

AAA An Amazing Amelia Stay

This was our 4th stay on Amelia Island and it has grown with each visit. We love the area just north of American Beach for the peaceful, beautiful, tree covered atmosphere. This was our first stay at Amelia Surf and Racquet and we will definitely be back. This specific condo has the best balcony of anywhere we have ever stayed because the view is great and the sun never pounds directly into the porch area. It is the perfect place to sit morning, noon, & evening to watch the waves. The condo itself has a well equipped kitchen, an incredibly comfortable bed, and a beautiful sitting area that also has a beautiful ocean view. Communication was fast, friendly, and helpful. The only negative part was having to leave this paradise!

Very nice, and comfortable condo, with lovely view to the ocean and beach. Hosts were very responsive to any questions and concerns. Enjoyed our stay very much. Location is not too far from Jacksonville and St. Augustine for day trips. We recommend this location/condo!

Very nice and very clean with great views and ocean access. We enjoyed visiting Fernandina Beach downtown and taking a 2.5 hr boat cruise to Cumberland Island. Highly recommend this rental. Host was quick to respond to text messages regarding property access. A no hassle and relaxing stay.

Wonderful stay - even during the hurricane!

We stayed during Hurricane Helene - arrived early Thursday and were so appreciative of Kellie letting us check in early since the unit was already clean. Amelia had very few affects from the storm (so fortunate in so many ways) and we actually had wonderful weather the remainder of the weekend. Kellie checked on us, making sure everything was all right, and was so great as a hostess. We are very familiar with Amelia and with the Surf and Racquet Club and love staying here - it's so great to be able to stay right on the beach where you can see the ocean and hear the waves when you open your windows. The unit has everything you need and the 6th floor gives you a lovely view.

Fantastic Stay!

This condo was comfortable, clean, and provided an excellent view to the ocean. The complex is well maintained and quiet, the pool was refreshing and the beach was just a few steps away. We were able to hear the waves crashing from our balcony. I was excited to see some turtles while walking along the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the condo was equipped with all the supplies we needed. We look forward to our next visit.

I’ve been a super house for the last three years! My name is Kellie and I’m originally from Bowling Green Kentucky. I have been on the island for 14 years and raised my four youngest children here. It is a fantastic place to live with so many things to do.

Why they chose this property

The south end of the island is a very unique and serene section of the island. The tree line streets and the beautiful stretch of Shoreline speak for themselves. It is quite and quaint, but yet still close enough to everything and in walking distance to the Ritz Carlton.

What makes this property unique

This is the perfect unit to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Well decorated but yet very home like and comfortable.
