This Home has an amazing Dock with covered boat lift! Emerald Lakes is a 55+ community & amenities offer a heated pool, boat ramp/marina on Clermont Chain of Lakes, plus clubhouse with poker, Bingo, Billiards, karaoke & plenty other adult activities Emerald Lakes is a 55+ community and all residents must be approved by HOA - only 2 residents per household & 1 must be 55+ the other at least 45 yrs old but NO PETS ALLOWED! Master bedroom has queen size bed with small en-suite bath with shower. Secondary bedroom is larger with king size bed & full bath in hall with tub & both have just been updated along with fully stocked eat in kitchen with lots of storage space! Only $2800 a month includes water, power cable, and Internet, and use of dock with covered Boat Lift. Available Jan-March 2026 90 day minimum!
