Hello snowbirds This two bedroom two bath 1200 sq ft completely remodeled home in Emerald Lakes sitting on the Clermont Chain of Lakes is sure to impress! This Home has an amazing Dock with covered boat lift! Emerald Lakes is a 55+ community & amenities offer a heated pool, boat ramp/marina on Clermont Chain of Lakes, plus clubhouse with poker, Bingo, Billiards, karaoke & plenty other adult activities Emerald Lakes is a 55+ community and all residents must be approved by HOA - only 2 residents per household & 1 must be 55+ the other at least 45 yrs old but NO PETS ALLOWED! Master bedroom has queen size bed with small en-suite bath with shower. Secondary bedroom is larger with king size bed & full bath in hall with tub & both have just been updated along with fully stocked eat in kitchen with lots of storage space! Only $2800 a month includes water, power cable, and Internet, and use of dock with covered Boat Lift. Available Jan-March 2026 90 day minimum! Did I mention Clermont Chain of Lakes in your back yard?
