Sleeps 2 in the Historic District! Spacious Garden Level of 1875 Brick Townhouse in the heart of the Historic District on Beautiful East Jones Street. Walk to everything! Enjoy 700 square feet of patio space!

No stairs here, and also no step-down or basement feel to this beautiful ground floor 900 square foot one-bedroom apartment with updated kitchen & decor. Walking distance to anything in the Historic District. Situated between Forsyth Park (0.4 miles south of the house) and the River (0.7 miles north of the house) Jones Street is known as the prettiest street in Savannah.

Pets are not allowed in this listing, no exceptions

Bedroom has a King size bed. There is a 2nd flat screen tv in the bedroom which is totally separate from the Living Room for privacy. The bathroom is off of the kitchen.

Love the location. Parking was never an issue. The house was very clean. The kitchen had enough appliances, dishes, etc if we needed to cook. A little bit of coffee would have been nice but we picked some up at the store.

Cozy, quiet home with lots of character in the perfect historic downtown location. We parked for free on the street and walked everywhere - to Kroger's for groceries, to Anita Deli Sandwich for lunch, to River Street and SCAD for exploring. It gets a bit less natural light given it's a basement unit, but the back patio is lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. The place had a lot of historic charm on a quiet street. They had both a Kerug Coffee maker as well as a regular coffee maker. Included a great outdoor space to enjoy your day. Wish the couch was a little more comfortable fur a rainy evening in. But, we were out most of the time. Everything was as described... even a complimentary bottle of wine. Street parking was easy to come by. Keep in mind that street sweeping is on Tuesday, so getting a space Monday night is not necessarily right out front and convenient. A bunch if stuff was walkable. Would stay again.

Place is as listed. Nothing wrong with unit and it was very comfortable. Our stay was enjoyable as first time in Savannah. We personally would have preferred at least one TV being 42” or larger. The porch is very nice to sit and listen to the birds, but just be alert that other units have access to walk through to the gate outside. Would still recommend a booking, lovely area.

The host gave clear instructions on arrival and check out. Everything was super easy. The home was well stocked with kitchen accessories, and we had extra blankets and pillows. The host left information and recommendations about attractions and local restaurants that were of great value. Once parked, I didn’t need my car. What makes this property unique

When my husband and I lived in this home, we loved walking around our beautiful neighborhood and dining out frequently. The location, just steps from restaurants such as Fox and Fig as well as the Broughton Street nightlife, is the top feature of this home. Jones Street is known as the most beautiful street in Savannah, due to its grand width, its historic brick foundation and the gorgeous live oaks mixed with magnolias and palm trees. Additionally, for a single bedroom rental this apartment has a large scale including a nice ceiling height that will not make you feel closed in or have a 'rabbit warren' affect. We have decorated the entire apartment in a fresh clean contemporary fashion to appeal to guests of all ages.
