This location is in a gorgeous prime spot in Savannah's busy Historic District, making the parking spot highly valuable. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and tourist attractions! We have free wifi. Check in time is 3:00pm or later. Checkout is by 11:00am. No smoking. No Pets

It is only 266 feet from this apartment so roll out of bed and beat the crowd to this popular weekend brunch spot.

We enjoyed our second trip to Savannah. Stayed in same rental. Great to have our own parking spot and walking distance to great food, shopping, sightseeing. Had no issues requiring owner. My husband and I WILL be back. Must haves if you go: Crystal Beer Garden, Leopolds ice cream, Pirates House(server phenomenal), Tybee short distance, had breakfast at pancake house.
We had such a great stay! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The host was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me when I accidentally left something behind, which I truly appreciated.Also parking makes this place even better.
This is the perfect place for walking around Savannah! Close to cafés, restaurants, parks, shops and a very cool cemetery. We were able to see horse drawn carriages from our window. At night it is nice and quiet. The dedicated parking was a bonus and the communication with the host was easy. Highly recommend!
Wonderful weekend stay @ the Parlor Apt on Abercorn. Old world charm with all the necessities. The bed was super comfortable, especially after a long day of walking. Didn’t drive the car once after we checked in. Having a parking space that we didn’t have to worry about having to move was a blessing. Definitely will be back.
This is our second stay at this property because which we really like the property. It is situated in an excellent location close to restaurants, the DOT shuttle and shops and is clean, very quiet. We also appreciate the parking which is included with the property located directly behind the building. The only concern we need to mention is that the bathtub does not contain either a grab bar or a bathmat which would enhance safety while showering.
Overall, very good. It's obviously an old building with "charm". This equates to old plumbing fixtures and almost no vanity surface area. Same in the kitchen with almost no counter top. The one real issue I had was the shades. They provide privacy but almost no darkening, so trying to sleep past dawn at all on the sleeper was an issue. The parking spot around back was perfect. The location is very good, a 10-15 minute walk to the river.
Location was clean and well appointed, nice blackout curtains. Also they were very responsive when we had to inform them that someone had taken our designated parking space.
We had a wonderful stay in Savannah! We really appreciated the old Savannah charm and found it to be a great place that was convenient for walking, dining, and sightseeing. The parking spot was also a significant bonus. We would highly recommend your place.
This location was perfect! Walk to everything.Parking out back took the pressure off of moving the car. Bed was comfy and place was clean. Bathroom needs maintenance.Overall a good 4!!
