Meticulously restored and updated for comfortable and efficient 21st century living, this cozy retreat offers a quiet, private and upscale experience in the heart of one of the hippest neighborhoods in the city. You'll notice the difference! There are no shared spaces-it's all yours! Free, easy, and unrestricted street parking is available in front or on the side of the building.

Perfect place to stay for a romantic getaway. Celebrated my boyfriend and I’s 7 year anniversary. Close proximity to Allianz Amphitheater, walking distance to restaurants and incredible ambiance within the apartment itself. Highly recommend and would 100% stay again.
