About this property

Historic home near KY Capitol and Downtown

FIVE king bedrooms, FOUR bathrooms and TWO full kitchens/laundry areas. Two separate but integrated residences in one house makes this the perfect rental for multiple couples or families. Each floor has 2 full baths, kitchen, laundry room and BBQ area. Perfect for bourbon enthusiasts, state government visitors and others looking for modern amenities and historic charm. Close to government buildings and downtown Frankfort and a short drive to Keeneland and more than 10 bourbon distilleries.

There are two complete living areas (upstairs and downstairs). Each has its own full kitchen, laundry room and BBQ area. The kitchens are also conveniently located near an outdoor deck with a BBQ. There is some outdoor seating as well. The upstairs and downstairs living areas are accessible via separate entrances if desired.

In keeping with the early 20th Century aesthetic, the Bennett House is a Craftsman's showcase. Rich wood trim, oak and heart pine floors, handsome built-in cabinets, generous room sizes and comfortable furniture make this a fantastic choice for your stay in Frankfort. This is a whole house rental with no shared spaces.

Guest access
The House is accessed through the front doors (painted blue) to a sunporch. Once inside you will see the entry door with a keypad. Access to the house can also be gained from the side entry at the top of the ramp to the right.

Other things to note:
Four full-size air mattresses are available to sleep four guests. Two are located on the first floor and two are located on the second floor.
