This third-floor condo offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two on-site parking spaces, and is perfectly located just two blocks from the renowned Cape May beach and the famous Washington Street Mall. This condo is located on the top floor which makes for great views! The stairs will be worth the journey. Once you reach the top deck oasis, you’ll be glad you came. Newly furnished with tons of amenities, this is the perfect getaway for a couple, a few friends who want to enjoy a quiet weekend, or a small family. The living room and kitchen boast beautiful views in every direction. During the day, check out the banner planes as they make their way to the beach. At night, catch a glimpse of the lighthouse beacon making its rounds. The master bedroom features an ensuite with a spacious spa shower. The second bedroom has a great view of historic Windsor Avenue. Sit on the deck that has a couch, love seat and two chairs for a nice family gathering. During peak season, you’re sure to see the horse-drawn carriages make their way to town. Great upper deck with perfect downtown and beach location!

We loved our stay at this property during Oktoberfest. We found many walkable restaurants as well as great beach access. The only issue that might not work for someone with physical limitations was the three-story walk up.

A perfect getaway for New Years Eve

Cute little place with room to move in the heart of Cape May. It was clean and comfortable. We didn't mind the stairs and loved being on the top floor. We watched a lightning storm over the ocean that was spectacular. Just what we needed to a getaway to welcome in the New Year.

Clean and great location

The condo was a decent size and very clean. Short walk to everything! There was construction going on which impeded us from accessing outdoor shower and storage, but the management company worked quickly to remedy the problem! We would definitely stay again!

This property was in a quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to walk to the Washington Street Mall and the beach. The property was clean and the pictures were accurate. It was a bonus getting 2 parking spaces on the property as we needed to bring two cars. Realty agent was helpful and made checking in and out easy!

The third floor did present some problems I would recommend physically fit people. No outside shade on the deck, would highly recommend sun shade or umbrella. Need extra bed pillows. No bikes on property as stated in description. Roku was not working, called the office property manager said nothing could be don. Overall I will not recommend.

Clean and nice property

We did a mid April trip to this Cape May property. We found the property to be spacious, clean and convenient. Our space was on the third floor and you accessed that through outdoor stairs, but that did not bother our party. You should be aware that the real estate company will have you sign a lease agreement separate from the Vrbo booking process. That does force you to go through a few more steps than a standard Vrbo booking and payment is made directly to them rather than through Vrbo, but we found the property to be worth it. The only other thing to know is to bring your own sheets and towels. If that doesn’t bother you, I would highly recommend this property.

A lot of steps, but nice

This property is very clean and nicely maintained. The description and pictures are accurate. The home was well stocked with blankets and kitchen supplies (but keep in mind - you do need to bring your own sheets, pillows, towels, and paper towels). As another reviewer mentioned, it is a lot of steps to navigate. So this may be hard for someone with very small children, or someone with disabilities. Also, the second bedroom is very small, especially if you plan to use the trundle (which we did). Last, I'm sure this is an easy fix, but the overhead light in the small bedroom didn't work. Overall, I would say this is a clean, nice place. The location is convenient to walk to Washington Street and the beach.
