The house is great in an excellent location on Barbee lake. Walking to the restaurants The 3 bedrooms were laid out great for privacy1 queen bdrm/by the front door. The primary/around the corner w/ 1/2 bath. Hall bath was across from primary and bunk bed rm was off of the living room. None have closets but there are hooks and some rods. Each bdrm has a fan which is an excellent touch. Air works really well. But also the outdoor dining was large as wellThe sofa was plenty long (could sleep on) and the futon was comfy. And of course all the window were beautiful. The outdoor patio held nice shade during the day w/ plenty of lounge chairs. To get into the water you use the steps. It's rocky in the water, wear shoes, and it's shallow. Still pretty shallow all the way out past the pier. No diving or jumping from the pier. Plenty of outdoor water stuff. Lily pad, paddle board, kayak, kickboards, life vests, water lounge chairs, fishing poles. Over it was a really nice stay. I had my 73 year old mom with me and it felt very accessible. The stairs to the water was a little tough but we helped
