All guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to their stay. Access to the property will only be granted once the agreement has been completed and returned.
Pets: We are pet-friendly! Pets are required to be listed on the reservation and the pet fee must be paid. Maximum of 2 pets only

No smoking anywhere inside or outside the home within 50 feet of the home.

We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind. Our cancellation policy applies to every reservation without exceptions, regardless of the reason. Please make sure to review and understand the policy before booking to avoid any surprises later.

Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare. Unfortunately, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as electricity, phone service, water, tubs, air conditioning, TV, wifi, appliances, pool, spa, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible

NOTE: For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed at the entrance parking area. There are no cameras inside the property.

Great place to stay for a couple days

Having never stayed in a tiny home, was a little nervous after booking until we showed up. This place was fantastic. Super quiet getaway and more than enough room to spend the day in or just a place to stay after a day in Waco. Will totally book again if in the area.

Having never stayed in a container home before we were excited to find Bluebonnet Trail. The Windmill was cozy and cute! Had all the necessities needed. Looked as described online.
