On the first day, the instruction for checking in through youtue were completely wrong, I Struggled with it for almost an hour until a person live the house finally came out to help me. Then on the fist night, the fire alarm went off because someone upstairs, was cooking something and forgot about it. It was also extremely loud and disruptive. I rang the doorbell to get the that personal but without any respond just ignored me. During my six day stay the soundproofing was extremely poor, the noise was from the street , it came from the upstairs and I could hear nearly everything who did. The stay was exhausting and frustrating, and absolutely not worth the amount I paid per night.
It was good a bit nosie but like deapool said with great power comes great responsibility

Comfortable but loud
Place is clean. Has a stocked coffee pod machine which is a huge plus. The side table lamps don’t work. The vent right above the bed goes right upstairs and you can hear the upstairs neighbors like they are shouting in your face. The kitchen table I presume is right above you and every time they move a chair it scraps loudly. Fortunately on weekdays they seem to go to bed by 11pm. Works for the price.bring ear plugs.
This was a stylish yet minimalist ground floor studio apartment. It is slightly bigger than a walk in closet in most American suburban homes, plus a tastefully appointed bathroom with shower. I brought a supplemental electric kettle and table top ice maker for creature comforts. But the wet bar style kitchenette (minus sink) has a microwave and electric saucepan, dishes, bowls, flatware, mugs and cups for 2, and a better than average fridge freezer combo deep enough to accommodate food for breakfast and dinner while I drove up to Park City thirty minutes away, every day. Parking is out front on the street, and usually available right out front. In my week there, I only had to park around the corner once. I never turned on the TV. But it more than met my needs for a place to safely put my head at night and eat a few basic meals. Only drawback is the ceiling vent, which seems to lead straight up into the apartment above. And you can hear conversations intimately, and presumably vice versa. I will always have the haunting rendition of "What's Up?" by 4 Non Blondes drifting down from the dwellers above. I say hey! What's going on!?! All in all, great value, responsive hosts, and drawbacks more humorous than detrimental. Would stay again.
