House in Private & Quiet Area

This is a quiet neighbor, yet it is close to malls, shops and restaurants... Only 5 minutes' drive to Costco. This house has been newly remodel. 1 Master Bedroom with bathroom, 2
bedrooms & 1.5 additional bathrooms. The office room has a sofa bed. Large living room and a dining room. There is a deck with a nice green belt area in the back which you can enjoy sitting out there in summertime. It is a great place to stay and relax while you are in town.
But this not a perfect place for the people love to cook. It just has few Kitchenware for the base cook. Because too many people don't clean after cook.

Up to 4-5 parking slots and a RV Parking.

Great location and lots of room for families. Could of used a better cleaning in some areas. Master bedroom king bed is extremely hard so be aware of that as well. Overall tho it was a good place. We would definitely stay again if in the area

Awesome location for Family Get Together

We were in Seattle area for a wedding which turned into a family reunion. This property was an excellent fit with room for all. We really appreciated the quiet neighborhood which felt very secluded, but was close to stores and dining. We had an amazing trip.

Quick Thanksgiving Trip

We stayed in this rental for a couple of nights while visiting family in Auburn. The location was fantastic: close to everything but on a private road on a lovely lot surrounded by nature. The interior was clean and served our purposes.

Very nice scapeway house

Super quiet and spacious place. Really recommend a stay here. There were no issues checking in or out. It had everything necessary for a stay. It's close to supermarket as well, so you can buy whatever you need.

Wonderful home

This home is beautiful and in a great location. The owner even let us check in early. The communication was very good and response to questions were answered right away. House was very clean. Our family definitely would recommend staying here.

Quiet, clean place.

Enjoyed the stay. My only minor criticism is no wash cloths, few kitchen accoutrements. Fred Meyer is nearby to pick up what wasn’t provided. I’ll stay again if available on my next visit.

Great location

We were in Federal Way for a sporting event and the home was in a great location. Our kids loved all the trees. Communication with the owner was easy and we were able to check in early. The kitchen stovetop was little out dated but we weren't cooking much. Ample kitchen counter space was very convenient. House was clean and everyone was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 3 nights. Beds were very comfortable. House was spotless and well maintained. Silverware had no dinner knives and really in need of upgrade altogether but that's my only negative. Overall I would recommend!

Lovely property

Very nice house and spacious rooms. Lovely deck! The only thing that I would suggest is to install railings on the outside stairs. In our party, we had an elderly person and one person with leg issues. A rail would have been very helpful.

Quiet neighborhood

Felt safe in this neighborhood. Anyone with mobility issues should be aware of steps leading into home have no railing. There are also stairs leading to living area but these stairs have railing for support. Nice sized kitchen with minimum of kitchen utensils if you are wanting to cook. If you are eating out or bringing in food , this is not an issue. We would stay here again based upon feeling safe and meeting our needs. Quick and helpful response from host when we had initial issues with front door entry.

It was good, but...

Had immediate issues getting into the property. Garbage Disposal did not work. No top sheets on any of the 3 beds. Had to sleep on top of the beds.

This is not true. This guy didn't read the check in instructions. The instructions have all the details of unlock the door. There are two of the door opener. One door is too close to the wall. All the bed has bed covers with the waterproof covers covered the bed.

House near Tacoma

We had a nice stay during Labor Day weekend so we could attend my niece's wedding. Overall the house is fine- no major issues. The house is near a busy street, but not on that street so it was a lot quieter. The property is surrounded by nice trees that mostly block out the neighbors, so it felt like living in a forest. I suggested a few items to the owner because we cooked breakfast for a whole crew and some very simple kitchen items were missing. I also suggested a few extra bedding items and towels to make things a little more comfortable for the next VRBOers.

Great property in central location

Only have 2 complains . there was not enough seating for 7 people . I would add one more coach the living room and some stools for the island . Also the extra room in the office the bed needs another mattress that mattress is too thin and hard to get a good night sleep on .

House was dirty

This house is in a great location and is easy to find. The host did a great job of communicating. However, the house was dirty. There was a broiler pan in the oven that had dirty grease in it. The oven itself needs cleaned. The remote was covered in some sort of sticky substance. There was dirt on the floors and when we wiped up water from the shower the paper towel was black. There were no top sheets or blankets on the beds so who knows how clean the comforters were. Unacceptable.

The House Has Potential

Our stay at this home was okay overall. The owner was responsive to messages, the house is in a safe location, and there is ample space. However, the cleanliness of the house left much to be desired. The front bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned; we found hair on the floor and in the sink, as well as a sponge left in a dirty tub. Our granddaughter played hide and seek and came out from under the bed covered in dust, which was disappointing. The living room could use additional seating, as it only accommodates four people comfortably. On the positive side, the house was well-stocked with paper plates, ceramic plates, plastic silverware, and some regular silverware. There was also a good supply of soap, shampoo, and plenty of ice, which we appreciated. With a deep clean and a few small improvements, this home has the potential to be a great stay.
