Rental was clean and ready when we arrived. Prompt answers from host and well worth the price for time of year we booked. Deck overlooks Munising Bay harbor and watched boats take off, enjoyed being on the water and cool breezes. Area was very quiet, especially in morning and evening Lots to do in Munising within 1/2 hrs of rental with 2 public beaches within 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place!

We had a great time here. The place was clean, comfortable, and decently large for a two bedroom. It has a really great view too!

Nice little place on the dock of the Bay

Great to have Munising Bay right there to see from dining area and living room and to sit on, albeit small, deck and take it all in.

Property was great, lovely views, we were sad to leave. The only downside is not having at least 1 designated parking spot, as the parking lots can get busy.

Great stay excellent view

Very nice stay. We were worried about being so close to all this boat action but ended up finding the view and all the activity very fun to watch. Everything was clean and comfortable. We were out on the water most days and when the weather didn't cooperate still enjoyed just sitting in the cottage watching the lake.

Can't say enough good things about this place! We stayed 30 days and did not want to leave! We used it as home base to see the whole UP. It is right next door to the Shipwreck Tour place, and it was great sitting on the deck watching them load and unload! We used the deck ALOT as its a beautiful view. Beds were great, kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Thank you Kate!

A GREAT place to stay!

It was super easy to get in once we got there. The open layout of the place is excellent. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. The location is super quiet and a quick ride to all the good stuff in the Munising area. Thanks Kate!

A beautiful week

No need for communication with the property manager. Easy check in and place was clean. Some of the towels were still damp but we just dried them.

Absolutely Perfect

Love everything about our stay! It had everything we needed for our party of 5. Spectacular views and great people watching. We biked to downtown multiple times on the bike path. Can’t wait to come back again!

Generally speaking the place was comfortable and inviting. The bed was comfortable, Enjoyed watching the sunrise from the little deck. That said, the sofa was a bit hard and there was only one recliner. Everything worked but the Roku was a bit of a mystery. Not really a place for children.

Property was as described and the photos were accurate. House was comfortable and spacious for two people. Kitchen fully stocked. The shower was a little odd but functional with plenty of hot water. We had a slight bit of trouble figuring out where the front door was but once we found it, getting in was easy. Beds were very comfortable. Parking a car was easy, we never had any issues finding a spot. You are able to walk into town but it is about 20 minutes each way at a brisk pace. There's a paved walkway for the entire route. Overall we were very happy with the location. The view of the bay was nice and watching the sunrise in the morning was very pretty. It was also very quiet. One note about the air conditioning, it is not central. There is one window unit in the dining room area only so nothing in the bedrooms. There is no antenna tv. The wifi worked for our entire stay except that it went out the day before we left. So for our last night and the morning that we were checking out, we had no wifi and no TV at all. Messages to the host were answered after we left so if wifi is critical for you, you might want to consider that. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

Ed Moore

Quiet, peaceful and private by night, fascinating to watch harbor activities by day. We took two cruises and toured the National Seashore by car and foot. Spectacular scenery. Our first trip to the U.P.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay in Munising! Great location to visit Pictured Rocks. Kate was great! The condo was well stocked and clean. Our only suggestion would be thicker curtains in the living room since you could see into the home at night through the sheers. A designated parking space would also be nice. There were a few times we couldn’t find a spot when people were getting on the boats. We had a great time and would gladly return!

Perfect UP experience

The villa was great. Washer & dryer were so nice to have right in the villa. Kate was an awesome host. Whenever we had a problem or question she was always gracious to help. Loved being close to town & right on the water & enjoyed watching the guests on the glass bottom shipwreck boat. Even after a month we were not anxious to leave for home.
