Private and peaceful apartment with mountain and lake views! Located in central/north Asheville. Close to downtown and 15 minutes from the Biltmore Mansion and Village! Two bedrooms and two full private baths, private heated pool (May - Nov), gas fireplace, private patio with BBQ and outdoor living space, and full kitchen (stainless steel fridge, stove/oven, pantry, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, dishware, pots, and pans), gym with excellent work-out equipment (spin bike, treadmill, trampoline, ab crusher, drum set (!), weights, and bands) and a full-size pool table. Large and private fenced-in yard. Owners are lifelong hospitality professionals and live on-premises but separately, offering guests plenty of privacy. Very clean, excellent WiFi, large flat-screen TV with streaming services, central A/C, and heat. Private, safe, and well-lit, safe parking for 1-2 vehicles. Well-behaved pets are accepted with a pet fee (please inquire). LONGER-TERM RENTALS ONLY (1 month minimum).

Beautiful spot

Lovely landscaping quiet and private yet close to town restaurants etc. very comfortable. Great beds. Plenty of room. Nice property manager. Responsive. Altogether a great spot

We have owned and personally maintained amazing properties in the northeast, including a 4,000 sq ft Cape Cod beach house. We have sold our properties and are now concentrating on Asheville. We don't do this as a "hobby" like many Airbnb hosts. Hospitality and caring for our guests has been our profession and passion for many years, and we think it shows in our property. This is one of the two best areas in Asheville. North Asheville and the Beaver Lake area offer plenty of privacy, safe, well-maintained, and quiet neighborhoods, and stunning views in every direction. You can enjoy staying in a beautiful setting, but only minutes from the restaurants, clubs, and roof-top bars of downtown Asheville. Our favorite "local hot spots" are very close to the property for those who don't care about making the 10-minute drive downtown!
