This luxe vacation rental is in Seacrest Beach which is between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach! Seacrest Beach is super walkable to the local nearby shops and restaurants perfect for a big group or family! Our favorite thing about the home is it has 4 King Bedrooms perfect for couples or a large group! :)

There are 3 large outdoor porches, and a 3rd Floor deck w/ a slight gulf view! Also, the backyard is fenced in along with a grill perfect for a fun family cookout!

The Seacrest community has a large 12,000 SF Lagoon Pool for guests to enjoy and relax!

One of the best things about the community is the FREE tram service that takes you to and from the beach! The best part is that you do not have to carry your beach gear to and from the beach! Seacrest Beach is private.

We have beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, and beach towels for you to use and enjoy during your stay!

There are 4 TV's in the home! One in the living room, downstairs bedroom, master bedroom and 3rd floor living room!

Beautiful, clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable home in an awesome location! Just a short walk to the pool, the beach and the many shops and great restaurants in both Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Owners were responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Our family loved this home! The hosts were amazing; very helpful and quick to respond. This house is close to the beach, pool, and town. The bikes we rented were also a highlight of the trip.

I would HIGHLY recommend staying here! Amazing location, very clean, plenty of kitchen/dining space to have a large dinner for 10 people AND kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! Beds were so comfortable and plenty of closet space in bedrooms to put suitcases and hang your clothing! Communication was superb and there is parking in front as well! Very impressed and will be staying at this beautiful home again!

WE LOVED THIS HOUSE

This house was wonderful for our family. We had 4 adults and 4 children and we all had plenty of room with room to spare. This house is clean and in a wonderful location. We loved how close we were to the pool and that we could get on the tram right across the street to get to the beach! We look forward to staying here in the future!

Wonderful home

My family and I spent a week here just before Christmas. The property was exactly as described. Everything was neat and clean and we had a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed the close proximity to so many amenities. We were able to walk or ride bikes almost everywhere the whole trip. Would highly recommend.

My first time in Seacrest. Family loved layout of house. Easy walk to live music and food. Nice coffee shop that is Also Walking distance. Beach is walking distance. A/C worked even on third floor. Coffee pods were available on arrival. Need to purchase your own spices but TP, towels, dish soap were there. Ordered food from Publix and had it delivered. Note: elderly beachgoers might find the steep steps over dunes a challenge. The tram was a big help. Don’t hesitate to book!

We had the most amazing time!!! The most beautiful house filled with everything you need! Lauren was so wonderful and so helpful as well! Amazing location, so close to everything, house had everything you needed, very open floor plan which was so nice! We could not asked for a better place to stay and we will be back and stay again! Gorgeous furnishings, every little detail was thought out! EVERTHING! We come to Seacrest all the time and we 100 percent stay here again! I could go on and on! Thank you again for sharing your amazing house! A gem!! Don’t want to miss out of this place 🌺
