Welcome to Franklin’s Tower, our home away from home with breathtaking views of Canaan Valley. Located minutes from Dolly Sods, Otter Creek, Timberline, Blackwater Falls, Canaan Valley Resort, Whitegrass, and the towns of Thomas and Davis. Whether you like to hike, bike, ski, fish, kayak, or just sit in the hot tub and enjoy the view from the deck, there’s plenty to explore in every season. Perfect Spot

We had an amazing getaway! The house was a perfect home base for us to explore the area. We spent one day skiing in Canaan and then wandering around Thomas and then the next day sledding at Blackwater Falls. We could not have asked for a more central location for the activities we had planned and the views from the house were phenomenal!

Excellent Fall Retreat

The perfect getaway we were looking for! The house exceeded all of our expectations, and the host Nancy was quick to respond, friendly, and professional. All of the amenities were great and as advertised. The kitchen has a great selection of cookware, and the master bedroom is very cozy with amazing beds. Plus, the views are incredible, especially from the crows nest/loft. This is a well taken care of and well managed property that we look forward to using again when we are back in the area.

Relaxing

We came to the mountains to relax and get away from the everyday grind. This place let us do that and we will definetely recommend this cabin and hopefully stay again soon.
