The tiny house has a wide open floor plan on the main floor, featuring a small galley kitchen & leather sofa with a Smart TV hung on the wall. There is a full bathroom including a traditional tub/shower inside. Some rather steep stairs lead up to a loft area featuring a queen sized bed. The loft ceiling slopes downward and is quite low at some points.

Other things to note
The loft is reached by steep stairs, so accessibility is limited. Once in the loft, it's about 5'6" at it's tallest point, so it is not easy to stand up.

The deck and entry to the unit as well as all the features inside the home are entirely private. The home features blinds on the windows and doors throughout to ensure privacy.

This is a shared property with three other separate living units, the front main house is occupied by a full time tenant, a studio on the lower level and an upstairs loft so we ask that everyone be mindful and respectful of the various spaces. The shared spaces on this lot include the courtyard and the laundry room.

Security Cameras: We use outdoor security cameras on all the entry and exit areas of the exterior of the property only. You will see them as your walking around the property.
