Beautiful lakefront home on large quiet lot on an all sports lake.
Welcome to Cash's Cottage! We have loved spending time at this cottage for decades and are now making it available for you to enjoy. We have 120 feet of beautiful lake front on East Twin Lake. Large outdoor patio for grilling and a fire pit. This cottage will allow a family friendly experience . TV's are in two living areas and all bedrooms have fire sticks. Highchair, changing table and bassinet are provided for the little ones. You can bring your boat or jet skis and launch at Twin Lakes Marina close by and tie up to the dock. We have 3 kayaks & a paddle boat. Lewiston Lodge Restaurant is within walking distance . Garland , Tree Tops, Boyne Highlands and West Branch golf courses are available for your golfing pleasure. Hartwick Pines State Park has the largest remaining stand of old growth white pines, a logging era museum and many hiking trails. Canoe trips down the Au Sable river is a favorite of my family. Downtown offers tennis and pickle ball courts, a public beach and Kneeland Street Gallery-which supports Michigan artists. Mio Flea Market is open Fri. thru Sun. There are two antique stores and a thrift shop in town. Merchandiise outlet is also a favorite of mine. Tree Tops, Boyne mountain and Nubs Nob Ski Resorts are available for winter fun.

This property is to be inherited by me and my 4 brothers . We have been coming to this spot since I was 10 years old. We live in different cities so this was a time when we could all be together, so I guess you could say we are very family oriented. This is a very special place to us and our children. Great memories were made here and continue to this day.

My grandfather choose this spot and I must say I feel it's the best spot on the lake
What makes this property unique
Well its location has a unique view of the lake - you're able to see the island and the cabins and houses are well kept. The stars you can see at night are beyond belief it's truly a magical place.
