The actual unit was great! There were some loud noises and music late coming from around the neighborhood or coming and going cars. Overall it was a great experience for myself and my dog.

Just what we needed.

Nice place, nothing overly fancy but exactly what we needed when staying to visit KU. The property is about a 3 minute drive to KU, it was clean and nice. Only having 3 spoons but having 12 spatulas was a bit odd, but we managed. Good place for the price. Thanks!

Exactly like it looks

Everything was as it looked in the pictures. The location worked great for us as we had lots of great walks to take the dog on, the internet was able to support my remote work, and the proximity to campus was perfect for us to visit our daughter.

Amazing Communication & Responsiveness

Brandon was amazing the entire time. There was a small plumbing issue that could happen anywhere, and he responded immediately. He quickly had maintenance on-site to correct the issue. I’d definitely recommend this property!

Negligent Host

Upon arriving, the unit hadn’t been cleaned, and there was a leak in the entryway. After waiting three hours in my car, the host informed me the unit had been cleaned only to find the bedding hadn’t been changed. I informed the host of the leak which was causing water to come up through the flooring, and after a few responses, the host stopped responding to me altogether. VRBO has refunded my entire stay; beware if you’re considering renting one of these units.
