NEW FOR 2023 rental season. Adorable in town cottage freshly painted and all new high end furnishings. One bedroom with a Queen bed, two living areas with Queen sleeper sofas makes this the perfect pied a terre for a couple and space for an extra guest or two. Kitchen with all the essentials, full bathroom with shower. Small private deck area for dining , a gas grill its all perfect for after the beach cocktails. Rinse off in the outdoor shower. It is a perfect little cottage, very comfortable, wonderful beach living a stone throw from the heart of Nantucket. No parking

A Perfect Base on ACK
My spouse and I had a wonderful stay at this property, which could not be more central. For those who know Nantucket Town, it is a two-minute walk from Gardiner's Corner. Inside, the house is cute, clean, and has all of the conveniences you'll need for a good time on Nantucket. I also loved the outdoor seating area. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
