Cocoa Beach is a fantastic location as the beach there is incredible and there is still a small surf village feel. Its proximity to Cape Canaveral is a draw card with cruise ships and there is a bustling tourist industry.
What makes this property unique
My property is unique as it is on the top floor and on a corner therefore it has views straight up to the Kennedy Space Center and onto Cocoa Beach.
