Our villa is perfectly located in a quiet, private cul-de-sac, yet just minutes from all the excitement Orlando has to offer. My wife and I searched for over 10 years to find this ideal spot, and when we did, we knew it was special.

Relax by the private pool and enjoy complete peace — you won’t hear traffic — yet you are only moments from everything you need. There are over 1,000 restaurants and 192 attractions nearby, plus supermarkets and shops just minutes away. Disney is only a 10–15 minute drive.

The villa features 3 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 6 guests. It offers Wi-Fi, cable TV, stereo system, and an open-plan living area, making it perfect for families or couples. Quiet, private, and beautifully located, this is the ideal Florida retreat.

It was a great stay host was amazing we enjoyed ourselves only thing was the drains in spare bathroom was slow draining was standing water in bathtub and the yard was over grown and the palms in entrance way was overgrown had to duck to stay on sidewalk or walk in grass but over all was great

My husband and I rented this property while attending a conference and specifically asked in advance about bringing our two small puppies, who together weigh only 11 pounds. Unfortunately, what we hoped would be a comfortable stay became very stressful.The temperature inside remained around 80 degrees, even at night. After reaching out to the owner we were told via message that they were out of the country. We purchased fans ourselves because we were so concerned about keeping our puppies comfortable. We contacted the property manager/owner and even sent pictures showing the temperature, but received no response and the issue was never resolved.Although the property had a pool, we only used it once to cool off. We were also concerned by the instruction not to lower the thermostat below 75 degrees because it could freeze the unit, yet the home remained uncomfortably hot.We initially chose not to leave a review, but felt other travelers especially those bringing pets should know about our experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property. I sincerely hope the owners have the air-conditioning system inspected and corrected for future guests.

This is the perfect quiet get away that is within close proximity to Orlando and surrounding areas without being stuck in the middle of the city. The house is the perfect size and always clean, and the neighborhood is relaxed and safe.

The house doesn’t match the pictures online and needs updating. We arrived on Sunday and had several issues that needing addressing, but had to wait until the next day. Things were alleviated then. After a bumpy start we had an enjoyable stay in a quiet neighborhood. The master bed was comfortable and kitchen well equipped.

Great location. Could use some upgrades but we were there just to sleep really. Communicating with the host is easy and quick response. Neighbors were a little loud but it was Super Bowl weekend, quiet other than that. Bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags if you’re staying for a while. Could use a little better cleaning. Noticeable mold around vents, dust on multiple surfaces. Overall was decent.
