Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Start a load of towels in the washer

There is a barn 300' from the cabin. This has equipment in there. This area is off limits and should not be entered.
Please do not park in the yard. There is a shaded area to the right of the cabin for parking. Please do not pull your vehicle in front of the cabin
Using the indoor fireplace is not allowed as this is a safety and fire hazard. Thank you for respecting the property :)

Everything about this stay was great. The house was clean, and in a quiet area. Other than the cicadas that were in their element, but my dogs seemed to enjoy the occasional snack. Property was as described. It was very well maintained and clean. It had plenty of linens, cookware, etc. The only thing I would have like to know in advance was the ice makers weren't hooked up. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We loved our visit to Hot Springs. The location of the house was amazing. It was fun to see dear and sit on the porch with our coffee every morning. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing getaway

This was a gem of a pet-friendly cabin near Hot Springs. Usually on vacation, we are out and about exploring everything. But the cabin was so cozy we found it hard to leave. We would love to return.

I would just advise guest that the ice maker isn’t working, that way they can bring ice as they come in to the cabin. Avoid a trip to the store. Other than that excellent rental. I will book again.
