We had a great stay. Property is very private with nice outdoor space and a surprising number of fun activities for kids. Thanks for helping us build some memories of Olympic National park.

Comfortable, clean, tranquil and fun space for families

We had a great time visiting the Olympic Peninsula with our tween/teens who especially loved the garage and lawn games! The grounds/gardens were beautiful as well. Our family of five all slept comfortably and the kitchen was well equipped for meal preparation. Thank you to our friendly and responsive hosts!

The space was clean, well-kept, and - once the lights and heat were turned on - quite cosy and inviting. The only real complaint I have is that we couldn't locate any extra paper towels or toilet paper, requiring us to do a little extra emergency shopping. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect family lodging!

Accommodations were perfect for our family with three teens. Location was nice for day trips into ONP and the Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge. House was very clean and comfortable and the shop games were an added bonus.

Relaxing Getaway in a beautiful setting

We loved staying at this private and quiet home. We really enjoyed spending time on the deck overlooking the beautifully landscaped yard amongst the tall evergreens. The location was perfect for riding our bikes to the Olympic Discovery trail just down the street. The home was well furnished and very comfortable. Our host even left us farm fresh eggs from her chickens. Would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful hidden gem! Second stay and will stay EVERY time we visit Sequim area. MistyGlen is a quiet location and extremely safe feeling. The bed is comfy, kitchen well equipped, extra fun in the huge garage (ping pong, basketball hoop). The outside is wonderfully landscaped. Just down the road (walking distance) an easy trail to get a morning walk completed to begin your day. Nice porch for star gazing or chillin. 1000% recommend. Owner great on communication which is wonderful plus

A Gem in the Olympic Peninsula

This stay blew us away! It's truly a gem of a place and we were so sad to leave. The building is half residential space and half garage, but it's much bigger than we anticipated. Sheri and her family had everything we needed (truly, it was astonishing how much they had available to us) and were super helpful and responsive to our questions. 10/10 on location, peace, beauty, and comfort. Don't hesitate to book!

Peaceful, private and quiet

This property was in a beautiful setting, immaculate grounds, quiet and easy to find. Nicely decorated and had everything you would need for a getaway in a home away from home. Close to Olympic National Park, close to Sequim and Port Angeles for restaurants and grocery stores. Farms surrounding the area and very peaceful. We enjoyed everything and the hosts were very easy to work with. I highly recommend this place!

We loved our stay!

Quiet beautiful spot to come back from long days of exploring the Olympic Peninsula. We were looking forward to using the bikes listed in the description, but they are kids bikes so didn't work for us. It's a sweet home base and we'd absolutely come back!

Olympic National Park Hideaway

The Misty Glen Hideaway was perfect for our stay in the Olympic National Park area. The cabin was everything and more. Far exceeded our already high expectations. The location of the property was only a short drive from all our Olympic NP stops (Forks, La Push, Port Angeles, Lake Crescent). I would highly recommend staying at this property for your future trip.

Fun and serene, lots of play!

Absolutely loved our stay, one of a kind with a giant play garage that was unexpected. Our seven year old loved the mini basketball hoop and scooter. The accommodations are much larger than they looked in the pictures and the neighborhood was absolutely charming. We would stay again!! Thanks for making it available.

Awesome Rental

My wife and I loved this property. The open floor plan studio was great, along with the garage with ping pong, darts and other activities. The kitchens and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed. Everything was in good order, clean, and the outside landscaping was like a private garden. The location was great to make it to several trailheads on the northern and northeast portions of Olympic National Park. I'd highly recommend this property!

Beautiful surroundings with peace and quiet

A very nice, newly updated house (attached to a shop room) with lots of space and a big kitchen! Floors are new as are appliances. A very comfy king bed and nice bathroom secluded at one end, spacious living, dining area and kitchen at the other. Outside is a deck with a lovey, beautiful yard surrounded with old towering trees. A perfect Olympic Peninsula getaway.

We loved our stay here! This is a “barndomenium” with a large garage with laundry, air hockey, darts, and table tennis. The living space was very spacious for my family of 3, and the host even provided a pack and play for our 2.5 year old toddler. Very clean throughout, full of extras in the kitchen - oils, spices, etc. finally, we LOVED the yard and the location in general. Very quiet and a safe area! There’s also a park nearby that has very scenic trails through mature trees. I would stay at this location again in a heartbeat.

Great spot near to amenities and shops in Sequim and Port Angeles. For visiting Olympic National Park this is a great location as you are only 20-30min away from the Port Angeles entrance via the 101. Spacious and clean studio suite, and we appreciated having access to a washer and dryer. This location is definitely more secluded and in the country, so good to note if you are wanting to be around more activity.

Misty Glen Hideaway is owned by Roy and Sheri Burke of Port Angeles. We both fell in love with this property three years ago that is located on the outskirts of Sequim. We want to share a place that is hidden away and surrounded by a uniquely serene landscape here in the Pacific Northwest. We simply want to share our love for this great area and show everyone all that it has to offer. So, sit back - relax - and rest. -The Burkes
