The hosts were very kind and helpful. The home was great - very roomy. There was a nice fireplace in the living room and TV with a lot of cable options. The home was located close to the town and Tahoe Palisades. Tons of amenities. We would definitely come back!
A group of lady-friends and our daughters managed a quick stop-over to Tahoe City after a busy sport's weekend in Reno. We were looking for a quiet retreat to rest and refresh, and this property and location were ideal!! The townhouse is at the water's edge without having to cross busy roads or hearing any road noise to take in the lake views. The private dock lets you walk right out and enjoy the clean, clear water. It felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves! It is a short few minutes drive to what we wanted to see on our brief visit: Heritage Plaza, Commons Beach, shops, Visitors Center & Dam, Safeway (for groceries), Gar Woods, trailheads to take in more lake views, and Skylandia Park.In all, I feel this townhome is a great value for families or groups who want a relaxed, care-free vacation for however long or short.
