Quaint house in quiet beach neighborhood. Very clean and easy access to the beach right in front. Easy parking. Beautiful view of the Thimble Islands. Would highly recommend. I will be returning.

The interior of the house is a step back in time but it was clean, very well stocked, even if we forgot something. Beds were very comfortable. Location was wonderful right on the water and John always responded within 2 hours with any questions. I plan on renting again in the future my only criticism is many of the windows would not open downstairs and in the queen room. Made it difficult to let the night breeze in

Gorgeous property with amazing views and easy parking! House was stocked with all the basic comforts, including great kitchen amenities. Owner was extremely responsive and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous family vacation!

This is a beautiful beach house with a million dollar view! Our family loved the beach and all of the beach toys provided. Highly recommend this property to families of all ages!

Perfect place

Beautiful view from all the front windows… everything that you could possibly need and more is provided for you in this outstanding home. Great restaurants nearby and a fish market as well!Comfy beds and plenty of seating in the living room. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood to walk around… perfect!

Perfect beach house

Our family enjoyed a beautiful sunny week steps away from the beach at this house. The location was perfect for our 2 year old twins to play at the beach for a little while and then stay close to the house without having to lug everything home. The view is priceless and very relaxing.

Fantastic view

Even though the weather was rainy and cloudy, we loved our stay at this lovely place!! The view is fantastic of the ocean from the upstairs & front of the house even through the rain & fog. I agree, it’s a million dollar view!!!! John has done a great job of decorating. It felt so homey. Best equipped VRBO house we have stayed. Comforty bed. Great area to walk and look at lovely homes. I highly recommend this place!

John was an excellent host- great communication and accommodating. House was clean and cozy. We traveled with our 14 month old daughter- there were beach toys and chairs for us to use and room darkening curtains which worked great for nap times. We utilized the kitchen for cooking and baking and it was stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful balcony off the master bedroom for coffee and watching the sunrise. House is located in a quiet community, perfect for morning walks along the water. Very friendly neighbors. Highly recommended staying at this home!

Lovely

My daughter’s family lives near by- we didn’t want to crowd them. Everything about this cottage was wonderful- clean, comfortable and location cannot be beat! Kitchen well stocked- really-wouldn’t change a thing. Want to come back when it’s warm enough to use the beach. Highly recommend

Perfect for a family

This house is absolutely perfect for a family with small children. There was so many kids toys and sand toys. It kept the kids so entertained! The little beach is so cute and wonderful for little kids. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s even better in person!
