This stunning 4 bedroom 2/1/2 bath 2 story house borders on a wildlife canal and conservation area . Yet it is sequested within the High Grove Resort that features a clubhouse that features a large heated pool, a hot tub, an exercise facility, an electronic game room and pool table. This home features a spacious master bedroom suite with a king size bed and a 32' LCD TV. The second master bedroom features another king size bed and a 32' LCD TV. The other two bedrooms each have 2 twin beds and an 32' LCD TV. The living room features a 50' HD LCD TV w/ Blu-Ray DVD player. Unit includes free local and US telephone calling and free wifi internet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Linens and bath towels are provided. Has a beautiful 12' x 30' private pool that faces the wildlife canal and conservation area. This is a perfect place to relax after a day at the parks.

Unwind after a day at the parks and relax in the full size private swimming with its screened lanai and eating area while watching the sun go down over the canal and wilderness area while sand hill cranes and other water birds feed at the waters edge. Or spend some time in the garage game room playing air hockey, pool, foosball, darts, or table tennis. A new stronger air-conditioner was installed recently, after feedback from guests, to make sure the guests can cool down after a long day.

This luxury resort sits nestled just outside of Orlando, Florida and has quickly become one of the most desired resorts in the Orlando area. Relaxing get away with active conservation area.

Great quiet spot in the Four Corners area. House is quite comfortable and met all our needs. Spent a fair amount of time relaxing in the sun by the pool and the conservation area. There was a good bit of daily action in the conservation area. The bird action was abundant. There are very large turtles and some smaller alligators that would catch the morning sun on the South bank of the conservation area. There are a large number of otters that were seen playing together in the pond. The house is located conveniently close to all the Orlando attractions in a nice safe gated community.

We used this house as our base for exploring the area and it suited our needs perfectly. Other properties might have perks and thrills, but this house beats them at price. Good value for money. Would recommend.

Perfect stay in a very enjoyable villa

Our family of four adults enjoyed the stay in this calm villa very much. The equipment is technically modern (Flatscreen, Freezer, Oven etc.) and the furniture is in an absolute good condition. We could relax perfecty at the outside with the wonderful view in the nature with differents birds and turtles. It is also a good place from where we could visit Walt Disney World. We made also day trips to places as Park de Soto, Bluespring Nationalpark and Merrit Island / Cape Canaveral. We will come back!

The property needs massive renovation and a deep clean!We were disappointed with the state of the villa throughout our stay. The online listing shows nice outdoor furniture but it was different when we arrived. It was unusable as it was so dirty and mouldy. The screen around the pool was green and so were the upstairs windows. The carpets throughout were filthy and need cleaning or new ones fitted. The shower didn’t work properly so the en suite was too high and it couldn’t be adjusted. The shower heads are rusty and dirty. The walls are pretty grim and need painting. I get there are people in and out all of the time but it didn’t look like it had been kept on top of. The furniture is very dated and the dining room chairs had stains on them. There were no ceiling lights in some rooms which I thought was weird and instead lamps had to be used. Some plug sockets didn’t work and when I dried my hair one of the lamps would flicker. There was no blind or curtains on the landing window. The screen nets outside were also broken in lots of places. I didn’t complain as we were already having issues with lost luggage and I didn’t want to have to ring around complaining when nothing would have been done whilst we were there anyway. Some of the beds were comfy and duvets soft. The view is lovely out the back and we saw lots of wildlife, which we enjoyed.

Overall this is what we expected. It really is a minimal-supplied property. Expect to buy your own dish soap and detergent for the washing machine. Quick access to main roads was very helpful. The pool was great as was the view out the backyard. We were greeted by wildlife every day!

Nice place to stay for a group!

This home had more than enough room for 5 adults to stay in. Being from out of town, it was nice to have the gated community. It was about 20-30 away from Disney, depending on traffic. There were some maintenance items that needed to be fixed: lights were out, drain plugging up. I did not get to tell the owner because we were first busy at the Disney Parks and then unfortunatly had a family emergency and had to go home early. This is a nice home, plenty of room, just a few quick fixes to make it better.

Good Value For Money

We spent hours looking for a property a year out and we thought this fit the bill perfectly. We stay in Vrbos often. The good: location is excellent and very safe. House was surface clean. Lots of space for many people. Good WiFi. Good communication from host. We had to have the toaster and black moldy shower curtain changed which they did quickly. The bad: house is very tired and worn. Needs a thorough cleaning. Pool was dirty. Bare bones rental like they tried to cut every corner. I’m giving it a good star rating because it’s still a good value overlooking the water. But really needs some attention.

******Warning—-BLACK MOLD*******

I do a lot of research before committing to a property for vacation. I’ve never had an issue through VRBO. This house had good reviews just stated it needed some updating. When we walked in the house, it immediately smelled musty. EVERY SINGLE VENT HAD BLACK MOLD ALL AROUND IT!!!! I was in tears, what was I supposed to do with my family??? I called the owner who was very prompt to help, but just cleaning the ceiling of the mold DOES NOT take it out of the vents and into the air. Not only was it a health issue, the carpet is disgusting and in major need of cleaning. The toilet seat in master bathroom was cracked and falling apart. The garage/game room is 90 degrees with no ventilation. Oh, not to forget the extra pillows in the closets DID NOT HAVE PILLOWCASES!!!!! They were stained and gross. The owner should take the money we just paid and do some major cleaning of this property. The owner was quick to call management and fix the issues, but it is clear he has not been to this property in some time…..

I booked the Peninsula very last minute. I booked Tuesday for Thursday arrival. Booking was fast and easy. I was told I'd get an email with check in instructions. When I didn't receive them I contacted Orbitz for help as my internet was spotty on the road. Owner was contacted and immediately responded. I realized the country code for the owner was in the UK. I probably woke him up but he responded quickly. The home itself was great. We did have some issues with the TVs. However, we weren't there to watch TV nor did I try to contact someone for help. So I feel it was irrelevent. The neighborhood was quiet, and clean. The highlight of the stay was the pool. My 3 boys loved it. There were floats and towels available. The lanai kept the bugs out and the lights in the pool made late night swims great. Great location to shoot over to Disney. When reading reviews, I noticed some others complaining about AC, supplies etc. We have rented many homes before, there were enough supplies to get us through the weekend. However, if they wanted us to start laundry, they should provide at least 1 laundry tablet. We thankfully brought one. I was worried as we were asked to keep the temperature between 72 and 74. Which for this New Englander is hot. (68days, 64 nights is my average) but I felt it was comfortable, even after hot day at parks. However, it was November. I would stay again.

Great location, lovely villa with great view of the lake behind. Quiet location and has everything nearby, Bar, Walmart, Chilis, Wendys to name a few. Great location for Disney and a little further for Universal but this is expected for the Clermont / Kissimmee area.The pool net could do with being fixed and some fittings and bits painted in the villa but thats just picking, we would 100% stay here for the 3rd time.ThanksPaul

Fab house, very spacious, lovely pool area.Spotlessly clean which is one of the main things for us!Very well equipped, had everything we needed.Beds extremely comfortable. Looking at previous reviews they must have upgraded them as we all found them very comfy.The communal pool area is really lovely. We used it about 5 times and never saw anyone else there so had it to ourselves.Ideally located for all the parks and the 192.Lovely Best of British pub at the entrance to the community, owned by Brits and does amazing hone cooked British food.The community is immaculate, very well looked after and very quiet.Some of the past reviews are negative about the house, I think that’s because the decor is not necessarily brand new and modern but we thought it gave it character and it was obviously well looked after and maintained so don’t let that put you off.Would definitely book again if we return to Florida.There were 5 of us, 2 adults 2 teenage girls and 1 10 yo boy. Everyone had their own space which was great.Owner very responsive.

Everything was just as described. The only recommendations would be to bring Roku sticks because the tvs are not smart tvs. Also, be aware that the cleaning crew will be there waiting for you to exit the premise. We felt rushed to leave as they arrived at around 9:30.

20 Minute Drive to the Disney Parks, Nice and Quiet Neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to several grocery stores, gas stations, and quick places to eat. The neighborhood was gated and really quiet; we loved the neighborhood! It was a 20-30 minute drive to the Disney parks, which may sound like a lot, but it was great for us. We had lots of early mornings and even stayed late one night and wouldn’t change anything about the location. The house was nice, but shows a little wear. We didn’t mind one bit because everything worked perfectly and was nice and clean. This place was a great fit for our family and was super comfortable. My kids loved the game space in the garage! The owners were super responsive to messages and even helped accommodate a larger party than originally requested when my parents joined us. The only issue we really had was were trash bags. We brought our own laundry soap and toilet paper because the listing advised that only a very small amount of toilet paper would be provided, but there were not any additional trash bags for any of the cans. It would have been nice if there additional trash bags at least for the kitchen. Overall, was a great property and we would definitely stay here again!

Carefree holiday

We were in this villa recently and it was a pleasure to stay there. Is a gated community, with a clean and quiet neighborhood. You feel absolutely safe there. Solid house, somewhat dated, but fully equipped. Spacious pool terrace with enough seating for 8 people. Wonderfully quiet location with a fantastic view of a water feature and greenery. Owner is someone who responds quickly to questions/comments. About a 20-25 minute walk (and about 8 minutes by car) from a supermarket and some dining options. We would definitely book this villa again on our next visit. Recommended if you want to enjoy a wonderful carefree holiday.
