Hiking and biking trail right outside the gate! 4x4 trails right there! **please note during snow/winter season please use 4x4 vehicles. The streets are plowed, but not always the driveway. The house was scrupulously clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen held sufficient materials to prepare all meals needed. Hot tub very clean and pleasant. Over all a lovely experience. Yard backs on to the National forest. beautiful.

It was a great cabin next to the national forest. The only issue was an extremely dirty air filter for the A/C (over a year since last changed, based on date written on filter) causing sinus issues for the guests. However, the host remedied the issue within 24 hours of notification. The host was very responsive throughout the entire process.

The property is outstanding— so much better than staying in a hotel. Our favorite thing about the house is the backyard that looks straight out to a forest. We visited in the summer and the cool early morning temperatures and low humidity drew us outside for a leisurely al fresco breakfast (thanks to the fully-equipped kitchen). And after a long day of hiking we enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and enjoying the cool night air. It is a short drive to downtown Flagstaff and we really liked that we could enjoy the convenience of the town, but also easily retreat to the beauty of our own private backyard. We highly recommend this property.

We booked this adorable cottage last minute. We traveled with our two children, it was perfect, so cute. The only complaint I have was the shower head (LOL) we love our showers, the shower head didn't work very well. We were even able to check in early, which was even better. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This was an amazing peaceful place that is a perfect spot for stargazing and relaxing while enjoying a drink or sitting in the hot tub. Lots of activities less than 30mins away. The neighborhood was eclectic and cozy. The house was cute and had character. The beds were very firm and covered in plastic which made them hot and the towels and pillows seemed worn, but the host communicated quickly and the house was comfortable. We had a great time with some of the tarot cards and puzzles left behind.

The house itself is in a great location and the hot tub was great. The beds were not comfortable and the bedding and towels are very worn. Be sure to document everything during your stay. I let them know of plumbing issues with the bathroom sink and woke up to extra charges after checkout. I've never left a home in bad condition and was being accused of all sorts of things. All in all its a nice place just protect yourself on this app and document your stay with pictures of everything even it it seems unnecessary

Stunning backyard!

Our family had such a blast staying here. The house was super cute and the neighborhood was so charming. The best part of our stay hands down was the backyard. The open woods that backed up to the house was perfect for nature walks and the hot tub with the beautiful view was one of a kind.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share our experience. Check-in was easy, and we really appreciated being allowed to check in early. The property has a good layout and the jacuzzi was nice. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. It felt like the house was being tidied up rather than thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. We found a dirty sock under the bed and what appeared to be urine on the bathroom wall, which I cleaned myself. The blanket didn’t feel fresh, so we washed it along with the sheets. The bedding and towels are very dated and used.Also long hair on used condiments in the fridge and half-eaten ice cream left in the freezer. The dining chairs were so stained that we put towels down before sitting on them. The kitchen trash can was very dirty with crumbs and spills, and there were lots of bugs in the window sills as well as a huge dead beetle in the corner of the bedroom that had been there for a while.On day two, the toilet started leaking from the base when flushed. We messaged the host and only received a “thanks” in response, leaving us to use towels and bathroom mats(dirty anyways) to soak up the water. There was also a broken picture in the dining room. We washed some clothes and two shirts came out with what appeared to be sap on them, although I can’t say for sure where it came from.The house has a lot of potential and could be really nice with a thorough deep cleaning, sanitizing, and better attention to maintenance.

Cozy Cottage

This property is just as advertised! Cleanly and has everything for a wonderful stay in Flagstaff. We visited family for Thanksgiving and this place provided a lovely retreat for our family. We would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful Bungalow style cabin the woods!

We loved having an open fire to heat the home (on top of the central heat of course) it created an amazing ambiance for Christmas time! The house backs right up to the edge of the forest so it is great for spontaneous hikes with the family!
