We are adventurous at heart. We found the Sun Valley area and immediately fell in love. Eventually we will live here full time, but for now we are thrilled to have a home and offer it up to guests. We love to make people healthy and comfortable in our homes. We believe the details are important and supply like the natural cleaning and body products. We have air purifiers and as materials to maximize a clean environment and world. We do our best to make the kitchen easy to cook in so meals can be enjoyed at home after a wonderful day in the mountains. Our comfy reading nooks and super warm fireplace really set the stage for fun and relaxation. The hot tub in the trees puts a cherry on top. We are making improvements on our homes constantly and hope you enjoy some of the new additions we have worked hard to bring to this wonderful space and community. We believe the comforts of home create an opportunity to share memorable experiences with loved ones that will keep us intimately connected to one another for a lifetime. Enjoy your mountain space!
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is a wonderful multi-generational place with so many children voices in the streets and retirees who are long-time residents help keep us connected to the past. We have 2 grandchildren who have many friends in the neighborhood and everyone is ready to share a smile or a friendly conversation. It's a fun, active community that keeps us motivated to live fully the surrounding area. This neighborhoods full-time residents give it a homey feel, not many homes are rented so it's truly a local experience. Please be mindful of the neighbors-it's really important we want to continue welcoming guests while we wait to become full-time residents.
What makes this property unique
The wildlife is abundant! Many mornings we wake up to ELK in the yard, an occasional mountain lion has been seen and I had a moose across the street last summer. We seem to be a place for elk to bed down at night or pass through in mornings. Be mindful, check the yard before you let animals or children out. Moose can be aggressive and we want our ELK to feel welcome.
