Welcome to 6300 Landis Ave unit M. This Penthouse offers simplicity of design, affording a bright, open airy, leisurely Island feel. The unbelievably spacious living room with a cable TV, kitchen is a chef’s delight with additional seating and dining area seating 8. All bedrooms are ample size. The main suite bedroom features a queen bed, cable TV and a generously sized bath with a beautifully tiled shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a “smart TV”, and the third bedroom has a pyramid (twin over a full) bed. Each shares a full bathroom tub/shower combo in the hallway. There is also a single bed sleeper sofa in the living room. Wake up and enjoy a great cup of coffee on the spaciously covered deck with nice bay views, as the Island turns. Condo has an elevator, assigned parking spot. The location is within walking distance of ACME/CVS shopping center, Dealy Field and you can hit the beach that is just up the street.
