Please know that this unit does not have air conditioning. I have rented many properties before and never had to look to see if the unit had air conditioning. So, just know what month you are going. It was humid in the 90's when we were there in August and had to go get a hotel after being in the unit for 30 minutes. It was right on the beach so if going in the fall you should be ok. But, I just wished someone had mentioned in a previous post because I would have never rented.

Our property is beachfront and AC is usually not needed. We regret that this guest chose to book with us during an unprecedented heat wave. After arrival she indicated that she wanted AC. Unfortunately, she had chosen a property that did not offer AC, clearly her error. We wanted to accommodate her, but she left prematurely and did not allow us to do so. Malibu Beach Rental Properties

The staff was super friendly and responsive. The place was absolutely amazing!! You could hear the waves crashing onto the beach throughout the entire stay. It was an extremely relaxing time and we will 100% be back!

Malibu vacation

I loved our stay at this location. I have stayed at many VRBOs on the California coast and this is my favorite by far. The proximity to the ocean, hearing the waves crash on the sand, smelling the sea. We loved it and will be back again!
