This is our oceanfront rental on Malibu's best dry sandy beach with panoramic ocean views. Located on the sand. This beautiful, restful beach is known as Carbon Beach or Billionaires Row, catering to many celebrities. Less than a minute to restaurants, world famous Malibu Pier and Surfrider Beach!

This vacation rental is oceanfront with panoramic ocean views. There is a large private deck for relaxing & outdoor dining, jacuzzi tub, granite counters and stainless steel appliances accent this comfortable rental. HD Flat Screen TV's in the living room and bedroom, BluRay and stereo system.

Fully equipped with all essentials: gas barbecue, gas range, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, linens and all essentials for cooking & dining.

We provide all linens, towels, beach chairs and the kitchen is fully equipped, so you don't need to pack those essentials. There is also a washer & dryer on site for your convenience.
There secure parking and the property is gated for extra privacy.

Carefree with all the electronics: You can plan for a wonderful, carefree, relaxing vacation. There are panoramic ocean views, a large deck for relaxing and dining. Steps to a dry sandy beach with an outdoor shower for washing off the sand. When you are not on the beach, you can enjoy the two flat screen HD TVs, Blu-Ray, stereo, CD player and Wi-Fi.

Malibu Beaches: Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Malibu. This unit is on the sand with panoramic views of the ocean and the Queens Necklace of the Santa Monica bay. It is next too world famous Surfrider Beach with a amazing view of the Malibu Pier.

We are pet friendly and there is a pet fee.

Yes. The place was clean, the view was spectacular. We could have used a few spices. The only thing they had was salt. We had sent a question to the host before arrival and never heard back on the specific question we asked. But our plans changed anyway so it was okay.

This place is awesome... it could use a couple updates but it's a fabulous location and the communication was great. Unfortunately, there were workers right outside the bedroom window making a loud ruckus before 8am a couple days, or we would have given it five stars. FYI, a new guest book is needed because it's full. ;)

Absolutely the filthiest VRBO I have ever walked in to. Can u even imagine walking in to find grease on the countertop, boogers on the wall, dried wine in the wine glasses, rodent poison and traps in the food pantry, rusted metal mini blinds, warped and peeling doors and cabinets, a dirty kitchen sink with a wet dirty sponge in it? And the sliding glass door to the balcony wide open upon our arrival! Need I say more? We took pics, messaged the host and left. Not only was the place dirty and gross, it was also unsafe with no locking mechanism on the sliding glass doors other than a stick to put in the track. I will likely never use VRBO again due to the poor handling of this issue. We had no choice but to leave. We were 2 females and felt very unsafe here. And we had to drive to Santa Monica at 10:00pm to find a hotel for the night.

The experience this guest reported is less than truthful. After a late arrival, these guests contacted us via email with concerns. We immediately acknowledged their concerns and confirmed that staff would assist and help with them. The guests also reached out to our staff directly about the same concerns. The staff (after Hours) also confirmed the offer of our help and assistance. Instead, the guests chose to leave the property. We are disappointed that these guests did not permit staff to help and assist (as offered). We pride ourselves in providing our guests the very best experience possible. This is my new favorite unit at this complex on the beach in Malibu. Huge balcony directly over the beach, King bed, and large jacuzzi tub make this the perfect place to stay in Malibu.
