3/2 SFH w. Private pool/dockage/quick Gulf access

Catch-n-relax at our wonderful 3/2 SFH with dockage, tiki hut and private pool in the heart of the Florida Keys. Enjoy a cup of coffee or margarita on the balcony watching the sunrise/sunset.

The master has a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet. Each of the two guest rooms have a queen bed and there is a full guest bathroom in hallway.

Cook your favorite meals in our fully equipped kitchen and or propane bbq outside.

There is 50 ft of dockage for your boat. plenty of trailer parking space as well as parking for your vehicles under the carport.

This home sleeps 6 in beds and legally can sleep 8 guests. You would have to bring an air mattress if 8 guests.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS!
