As you enter the home you'll find a convenient half bath on the first floor and an open concept space perfect for gathering. The living room includes a large smart TV to stream your favorites or plenty of board games for quality family time.

Head up to the second floor and you'll find a washer+dryer and plenty of toys, books, and games for kids. Both bedrooms are also on this level - one with 2 twins and the other with a king bed. The bedrooms are connected by the full bathroom which is a modern, newly renovated space with walk-in shower.

First visit to Rockport

My husband and I and our 22 year old daughter spent two nights. The house was perfect for our group. Clean and comfortable. Much better than a hotel room for three.

Lovely cottage

This is a lovely cottage by the sea. Location is great with nice walk to Bearskin Neck. Cottage is well-equipped in the kitchen although we only cooked breakfast. There are a few punch list items to complete from the recent renovation. Love the bathroom under the stairs we dubbed the ‘Harry Potter’ bathroom. Comfortable for 4. Quiet surroundings.

Nice house in a convenient location

Close to town and short walking distance to a nice little beach. House was comfortable and as described in the listing. We would return!

Rockport Aug ‘24

We had a wonderful time! The house was charming and very well equipped! The town of Rockport was wonderful and the restaurants were delicious. We used the house as a home base to explore Boston, Gloucester, Rockport and Freeport. The beaches and other natural areas were beautiful! This amateur photographer and her family will be back! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for your kind hospitality!
