Newly renovated two-bedroom two-bath condo with magnificent ocean views from your 24' x 6' balcony over looking the ocean . Property features include: elevator, cable with 2 flat screen TVs, DVD player, WIFI, direct beach access, outdoor grills, 2 outdoor pools, and children's play area. Sleeping arrangements include: Two queen beds, queen sleeper sofa(BEGINNING JUNE 1ST, SHEETS FOR THE SLEEPER SOFA WILL NOT BE PROVIDED) In-suite washer and dryer, Well equipped kitchen with SS. appliances, convection oven, granite counter tops and island(PLEASE GRILL SEAFOOD ON THE GRILLS PROVIDED OUTDOORS) Plenty of parking. Sorry, no pets or smoking in unit.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our “Girls Trip”:- Well appointed with everything we needed- Beds were super comfortable (all women in their 50’s so this was REALLY important)- Super clean with plenty of room to spread out a bit- Balcony provides an amazing view- Pool wasn’t crowded and was the perfect temperature 10 out of 10 stars!! Great condo with amazing oceanfront views! Beds were comfy, kitchen had what we needed, laundry area was great to have. Very clean. Communication with the host was great and personal. Very friendly and timely responses. The price was great for this stay. Easy walk over a small dune to beach, great view of the pier that is on walking distance. Elevator and luggage lift on property. Would recommend to stay here.

Such a picturesque view of the ocean anytime of the day, from watching the sunrise over the ocean to the moon shining on the ocean at night!State of the art appliances and guests were respectful of others!It is centrally located and not far from “things to do” and restaurants!This is my 3rd year at PierView and I hope to make it a 4th next year!

April 2026 Interior is well decorated, and spacious. Balcony offers gorgeous views. However, please check property website to make sure the elevator is working before you arrive. We booked months prior, when we arrived, the elevator was down. According to management, it had been for months! We were left to climb 3 flights of odd stairs. Condo is nice, but this changed our beach experience.

The kitchen utensils were old and rusty. The elevator was out of service and we have bad knees. There was no communication that the elevator was out. The condo could use some updating & deep cleaning. Patio furniture was mildewed. We made the best of the stay, we enjoyed the condo and the area. The owner may not be aware.

I have a update on the elevator from our HMO The elevator will be completely renovated and modernized by mid or end of May. I tried to keep my guests informed and communicate with all the ones that made reservations before I changed my listing. I removed the elevator amenity until it’s repaired.
